No, we don't.
*Feels sad, goes out like Hemmler*
This bring up a question I'm curious about -I've also noticed that while my least favorite episode is coming up (All those who Wander), Hemmer really hasn't been in this series very much. Maybe his death was a given from the start, but I just disagreed with how they did it, considering Trek's idea of representation and all. I wonder if I will have a better liking for it when I get to it, knowing what is to come. Still, I do wish Hemmer was in this season more.
As a viewer, do you think the 10-episode season works or do wish it was the old 20-something episode? Or something like 13-15?

SauriansGranted I'm not a fan of the Alien style Gorn in SNW either - they're basically the one thing I dislike about the show so far. I'd like to see some non-evil, non-creepy reptilians.
Rigellians, too, I think.Saurians
Yep.Gorn have been villains since TOS. SNW is a prequel so the Gorn will naturally be villains. Why complain about the reptilian race being a villain when continuity and cultural wise, they're villains?
The actual messaging is "Gorn could be cool villains, let's use them!"
Rigellians, too, I think.
One of them, anyway.
I watched All Those Who Wander last night, and I think I was hard on that episode originally. It's still not my favorite episode of the season (So far, I think either Memento Mori or Children of the Comet are) but it's not my least favorite anymore. I still don't like how they turned the Gorn into the Xenomorphs from the Alien Franchise, but I actually got more of an emotional response to La'n's story leading her to take the formal leave of absence. With all the talk about Una's trial coming up, I wonder what will happen with La'an and if she does find that girl's family and maybe bring some closure to what she went through. From a creepy and character standpoint, ATWW was a lot better than I originally thought, which is one of the things I hoped to get from this rewatch, to reevaluate the season and see if any opinions changed.
Yes.
