I assume that individual is referring to the warp-rainbow speeding Enterprise STAR TREK bumper before the episode begins.
Someone needs to rewatch what warp effects looked like in TMP which was just released on Paramount+ in 4K. But hey, who am I to stop someone from dying on the dumbest hill imaginable.

I was waxing poetic when I invoked the term "warp-rainbow," not referring literally to the actual effect used in TMP.

The warp effects in TMP etc were subtle and subdued and covered barely 15% of the screen at most.
This was just in your face solid big deep wide hard long strong GARISH RAINBOW colors covering nearly the whole screen!!! as a representation of LGBHTQ.
I like the episode a lot but don't want this pushing of woke agendas.
I find it offensive and preachy.

I know people have pointed this out already and I'm not even sure you're not just trolling people at this point, but I feel compelled to point out that those are the Star Trek colours. They signify Star Trek. Go Google some Blu-ray box sets.
