M'Benga's not even 40 and had 4 wives? That line actually did more damage to his character than any of the Klingon angst stuff. Maybe I'll just pretend he was on Denobulus for a while or something

Byleth or whatever her name was yelling ‘Choke on me’ was probably a ‘Day of the Dead’ reference

Marc Okrand is credited for the Klingon translation.

Klingon Dialect coach was a Jeffery Simlett. He also worked on Discovery occasionally , but not for Klingon

Ok... So when Marie was infected and the question was raised in comments "uh... Transporter buffer to buy time" some speculated that "well M'benga wasn't there and maybe only he knew how to do it,"

Ok... Now? Would seem like a pretty logical time to use something he already had used in sick bay with his daughter to let them actually get the flower or explore other options without her condition deteriorating

Strangely enough I'm beginning to see now how Ortegas becoming alternate Styles in that one episode could've happened. Presumably Ortegas got more and more reckless and insubordinate, and Spock, as a strict rule-follower, would have clashed with her. The moment Spock is shown to have the same genealogy as the Romulans, Ortegas goes all xenophobic to get revenge on Spock

Hates Klingons, Gorn, and now Romulans.

The Klingon ribcage is a mesh of bones, not parallel ones like in Earth creatures...

...just like Dan Curry painted it!

Now I'm wondering if Batel will turn into the Gorn from TOS

The Klingon shuttle in atmosphere wings looked similar in operation, to what the Dune flyers used, in the latest movie, by House Atreides.

Okay that was an okay little episode, liked the stuff with Ortegas and...

Why zombies?

At least they acknowledged they were zombies, just seems like it was an element that wasn't needed trying to ape off the success of a TV series that's been off the air for several years. (Yeah, spin offs and such still go, but the popularity now is a bit spent, no?

I am not too sure hof those ripcages work. Seem to lack flexibility for movement and breathing.
