Better than "socialist" China. And 143 other countries on the planet for that matter.

China does not have a socialist economy anymore in a meaningful sense; it's a capitalist economy under the control of a party dictatorship. And comparing the health care system of the planetary hegemon against those of the impoverished countries it exploits doesn't really mean much. The more meaningful comparison is to other developed capitalist states, and the U.S. health care system is bad and doing worse.

I have to admit, my only thought when the Enterprise was overhead in the cube above Jack and Jean-Luc was...what the hell is the cube full of? Breathable air? Jupiter air? Vacuum? All of them have tradeoffs. The former implies a massive degree of wastefulness (and makes me wonder how the Enterprise ever got inside) while I guess the latter implies there's some sort of invisible force field closer to them keeping the breathable air inside.

It's been pretty firmly established in episodes like "Q Who?" and "Scorpion, Part I" that Borg vessels often have vast empty spaces that are fully pressurized with a breathable atmosphere.

It’s funny how the interior of the Enterprise D still look more futuristic than any of the new ships.
Must be the carpet.

Don't agree. Neither looks "more" advanced to me, just different design philosophies.

I do love that the Enterprise G isn’t a garbage design like the E-F. But I do wish they hadn’t renamed the Titan. Bill Krause has alot of other awesome designs they coulda used.

Not gonna lie, I find the Constitution III-class kind of ugly. But I do have a soft spot for ugly ships -- I came to love the Discovery, too.

I am curious now, did the damage suffered by the Queen explain why the Borg virus was more selective in only targeting the younger generation?
I think they are implying that the virus affects those going through adolescent neurological development. From about the teens to as last as the mid twenties, the brain starts to become more efficient and more mature, though not without more probablematic things like risk taking. Synaptic pruning is one of the processes by which seldom used pathways are discontinued and more regularly used are strengthened.

It wasn't implied, it was explicitly stated last week.

Nah, it might be "Horizon(ENT)." Travis is sitting upside down in Enterprise's "sweet spot" and chilling when he's told he has a message. He starts floating down. Fade to opening theme.

And yeah, exactly what were the Changelings getting out of all this that made it worth it to them. Yeah Vadic might have wanted revenge, but you'd think the lot of them would want something more. Hell, I still have no clue why she (Vadic) supposedly hated Picard so much.
The Changelings following Vadic were only those who wanted revenge over all else.

It was basically a Changeling suicide cult, very literally since the changes gave them a lifespan of only about a hundred years.

But my point: She (Jeri Ryan)still doesn't have the draw/star power to be a Lead for a series of this type; not when there is so much other Star Trek in the works with larger stars (actors). Who knows, maybe one day they'll try a 'Legacy' streaming Star Trek film with the cast they set up; but if I were Terry Matalas, I wouldn't be expecting another call anytime soon.
The only thing actually in the works with a bigger name Actor/Actress is the Michelle Yeoh movie.

So you can’t board these ships at the fleet museum? Just walk around them?
Maybe you have to pay extra for interior tours.

No way to tell for sure.

At minimum the Enterprise-D's bridge isn't accessible it seems.

I'm sure, if its like most museum ships, there are public and non-public areas.
