I enjoyed it, but I admit my feelings on this season overall are kind of mixed. I feel like there are some genuinely interesting plot threads (the Borg/changeling conspiracy, even if these are mainly rogue changelings) that could have been articulated better, and in hindsight I kind of wish S2 and S3 had both dealt with this story arc. Some elements would have been improved (IMO) if they'd felt less rushed, like maybe giving a better perspective on the fleet's new integration technology and how it could be a great potential strength and not solely a plot-convenient weak spot.
I also admit that I consider it a mistake to turn the Titan into a new Enterprise, on top of the existing confusion about the ship's design history, and I wish assimilated Jack didn't look like a literal copy of Locutus.
I am curious now, did the damage suffered by the Queen explain why the Borg virus was more selective in only targeting the younger generation? I do still find it kind of silly but that explanation seems a bit more reasonable to me, in the full episode context. I also admit it seemed a tad odd to me to hear Walter Koenig's voice, as I'd think his son would be a bit older in the PIC timeframe.
I remember back when AGT originally premiered, I felt like it was a very fitting send off to the TNG crew, and it offered a very interesting perspective on Q and the Continuum as a whole. The final conversation between Q and Picard seems to imply that the Continuum's view of humanity had evolved, and that they felt Picard and others were learning how to adopt new perspectives. I still consider AGT one of the best, if perhaps the single best, Trek finale.
I'm sure it'll be fixed within a year.

The Borg cube was in the eye of Jupiter when it exploded. So shouldn't that have affected Jupiter? When I watched the scene, I half expected the explosion to cause Jupiter to become a protostar.
