The party clothes thing is because we had a dimensional and timeline jump. The reason it seemed like it had only been seconds since the party was because it had been.
I mean, Janeway was clearly acting as an agent of the Federation government in "Endgame," so one way or the other the Federation must bear responsibility for her choices.
I don't know if it's clear that her pathogen killed most Borg or liberated them from the Collective, though.
Well, the Borg control signal might have been interfering with regular subspace comms in the Sol system, but you would think they would have been able to send a message from the Fleet Museum. But either way, that doesn't mean Juati's ship would be able to extricate itself from whatever situation it was in, in time to arrive to help fight the Borg.
Yeah, of course. I'm just saying, if I were the writers, I would have written the Seven of Nine character as preferring to be addressed professional as "[Rank] Nine" and personally as "Seven," as though she considers "Seven" to be her personal name and "Nine" to be her surname. But again, whether she's written to prefer "[Rank] Seven" or "[Rank] Nine" isn't that big of a deal.
I prefer to think she was always capable of moving like this and we the audience just never saw it because of the limitations of 1980s television.
Man, the Enterprise-D design still looks great though, doesn't it?

This was always the way it was. Anyone who knows anything about Q knows this is the way it always was. Because Q don't exist in a linear fashion to the rest of the universe.
It's like in DS9 where the Prophets first encounter with linear beings was the first episode of DS9, even though from Bajor's perspective the Prophets had been interacting with them for thousands of years.
To put things simply, the Q that "died" at the end of Season 2, was the Q from the end point of Q's lifetime. While the Q that Jack encountered at the end of Season 3, was the Q from an earlier point in Q's lifetime.
Well, I cried at the end. Brilliant, brilliant series finale. From Walter Keonig, a new Enterprise, Death Star run, TNG cast back together, Tuvok, Q……. It was just absolutely wonderful. What a way to end the legacy of Picard. I hope they come back with an Enterprise-G series….. they have all the sets, so could be done on a budget!
I didn't really care for the episode to be honest. Thought it was vapid and hollow. It felt like a GNDN that spewed some dialog, had some pew-pew porn, had CliffsNotes versions of bits from earlier productions, and had a recycled ending.
The renaming of the Titan to Enterprise was really lame fan fetish fodder. It's also the exact opposite of what the schmaltzy "Names mean almost everything" waffling was pushing during the name change reveal scene. The Titan isn't a noteworthy enough vessel so gets its name painted over and they slap "Enterprise" on it because there must be an "Enterprise" flying about at all times. And "Enterprise" just comes off as a "look how much better and more important than you we are" dick waving label.

FWIW, its not clear a lot of these new posters who are going on rage sprees actually watched the episodes. Several of them are repeating points from reviews and other leaks, but when its brought up their supposed plot holes are explained in a part *not* mentioned in reviews or leaks, they will goalpoast move.
If this guy ever gets off of a mute, you'll likely get some extremely angry, hyperbolic post that doesn't actually address what you're bringing up.
I can understand why some fans would be disappointed that events and characters from the first two seasons were not included or touched upon.
For me, the first two seasons were disappointing to say the least and most of the new characters made little impression on me, save for Raffi. The editorial decision to effectively treat this season as a rebooted TNG season 8 served it well and gave a complete focus to its story of reuniting the TNG crew.

The Borg cube was in the eye of Jupiter when it exploded. So shouldn't that have affected Jupiter? When I watched the scene, I half expected the explosion to cause Jupiter to become a protostar.
The kwel E-D flying through the Borg cube scenes felt like I'd seen it before somewhere.
Borg Queen: If you will not be assimilated, you will be destroyed! (starts zapping Picard with electricity)
Picard: Son, please!
Borg Queen: You fool. Only now, at the end, do you understand. Your feeble speeches are no match for the power of the Borg! You have paid the price for your lack of vision. Now Picard, you will die.

(suddenly picks up Borg Queen and hurls her down a conveniently placed bottomless pit in the middle of the room)

The Enterprise-D was the same as always.
The difference was the low relative velocity it was traveling at allowed for the appearance of a much higher level of maneuverability.
