Or the technology leaked and other people are using it.
They had a line. Freeman said it. Rom and Leeta were playing the Federation like a sweet sweet song. This would have been easily fixable with one line saying that that two were putting on a public performance for their critics but behind closed doors they were still the couple we knew from when their series ended.
No, my kids noticed the Paramount logo right away.I mean...it wasn't subtle.![]()
Arthur Lonzarelli. The coolest Ferengi in the last 100 years. Dude could fix a holosuite just by hitting it.Who is Lonz?
Didn't occur to me to look. Good heavens that's a deep cut. https://memory-beta.fandom.com/wiki/LonzIn the opening, "Gem doesn't care. He thinks Rom is the next Lonz." Who is Lonz?
The same bowls and mealworm props were used for ferengi tubegrubs in DS9. I like to think that the parasites in Conspiracy were just eating ferengi food, and we just didn't have the lore context for it yet. The ferengi were still pretty mysterious and first contact hadn't 'officially' happened yet so picard not recognizing the food would make sense.Did anyone else notice the dish of worms on the waiter's tray? It's exactly the same as the ones in TNG's "Conspiracy".
Rom was playing dumb as part of the con.Rom and Leeta seemed “off” to me. Leeta came off as more mean and ruthless and it felt like they Homer Simpsoned Rom (made him dumber than he was when last we saw him just for the sake of comedy). This would have been easily fixable with one line saying that that two were putting on a public performance for their critics but behind closed doors they were still the couple we knew from when their series ended.
That being said I liked the rest of the episode.
That's Discovery's 32nd Century though. They are members in the 32nd Century so it has to happen at some point.
it’s the same timeline.That's Discovery's 32nd Century though.
That would have branched off from our current timeline like five time travel events ago.
it’s the same timeline.
