I am very interested to find out who or what that ship is.

I've a feeling it'll be someone we've seen before but probably a very very obscure someone.

It has the outline and echoes almost of a 22nd century Starfleet shuttlepod but then has the advanced alien weaponry and no visible portholes or windows. Maybe an ENT reference? Perhaps connected to the Sphere Builders and their transdimensional realm?

Moopsy might be my favorite alien in Star Trek ever. I was fearing this would be yet another Mariner and Jack episode that was repetitive from what came before, but it furthered the development of both of them and it was hilarious. I loved the twist with the Humans at the end too. Lower Decks is off to a really strong start.

Hmm.

That could be a good shout

Aw Moopsy was sooo dang cute so of course it was an evil little shit. But not as evil as the two human twits!

This wasn’t as good as the first episode though. I gave it a 7.

Moopsy means Trek finally has their own version of Nibblonians. ;)

There was a famous case when Alien3 came out. The producers had used a dummy that looked like Michael Biehn for Hicks's corpse, but they hadn't cleared it with Biehn. Allegedly he got more for not being in Alien3 than for his part in Aliens.
IIRC, Biehn was paid for the use of his photo, not for the dummy.

10/10, I actually enjoyed more than the first episode. The Rutherford-centered stories tend to be good, and Q should transport Moopsie into the Pokémon universe.

Another really fun episode!

I'm very happy Rutherord got promoted, so they are all at the bottom of the Lt. chain.

Was it my imagination, or did the goggles Boimler use look the same as the ones from "IS THERE IN TRUTH NO BEAUTY?"?

A thousand menageries? I hope that's an exaggeration.

The Tri-Snake Q! Never thought I'd see that again.

And Moopsy... we now have a quartet of supreme cuteness in scifi. Tribbles, Adipose (DOCTOR WHO), Nubbins (SANCTUARY), and now Moopsy. I wonder if they got the idea of it eating bones from FARSCAPE. (Season 1's "Bone To Be Wild"... I don't recall seeing a bone eater anywhere else.)

Tendi giving her first order... and perfectly suited to her personality.

And the lower decks of Romulans... loved it.

Another fun episode that weaved the charactersl arcs well. I gave this a 9.

Did anyone else notice that the alien ship from the first two episodes looks suspiciously similar to the 'Agonizer' from Mirror, Mirror?
