If that brief glimpse of the Andorian corpse and the rear view of that walking Andorian in the preview for the next episode are any indication then it looks like DSC may be reverting to more of a TOS-style look for Andorian hair with a poofy "cottonball" appearance. Which is totally cool with me. I wonder if we'll get moving antennae as well as part of a hybrid of both the ENT and TOS design aesthetics.

In universe - there exists the ability to medically transform a Klingon to a human, yet they seem to have lost the formula to compound w wart remover.

Out of universe - they keep on covering whatever it is with a crap-ton of makeup - so much so that every scene she's in its like a billboard saying "yep, still here"

The Federation doesn’t have your high standard of beauty.

Such a good episode. I went 9 but was probably too stingey. Boom goes the dynamite.

Loved Captain Killy. Loved Lorca's Scotty. Loved that the MU felt really dangerous & that the effects of going there will have reprecussions. DS9 had some of that with Jake/Ben meeting Jennifer. But the danger stuff was campy. This wasn't.

Was NOT ready for Culber to go. Hope he is back somehow. Stamets will likely get blamed for the death.

I really hope Georgiou is the Empress. I love Michelle Yeoh.

Also love that Tyler/Voq is out in the open. Now Burnham & L'Rell can fight a proxy war for his soul.

Somewhere Ron Moore is smiling.

We better, the moving antenna were wonderful, and gave us one of the best visual gags in Trek (looking at Archer's back as Shran appears on the viewscreen, so it looks like Archer just sprouted antennae).

We had this discussion back in the '80s. While the far future technology of the Federation could regrow Picard's hair, he wouldn't be superficial enough to want to.
