After that wretched last season and the whole year off, it was either go big or go home. I'm relieved to see they're going big.

I thought Capaldi's costume with goggles was Jodie's best look until today. I don't dislike the t-shirt/high waisters/coat look, but it could be better.
The half-mast trousers are still rubbish, but....

Oh my god, the trailer acknowledged that the TARDIS exists. Does this mean that it might appear for more then 30 seconds in an episode? Besides that, it looks like more of Chibnail's OC's as villains, but with atleast a few (probably BBC forced) appearances from a couple of aliens from the show that was called Doctor who before Chibnail took the name.
As for the other stuff, The three lifeless companions all seem to be in mortal peril at various times, but I doubt we'll get lucky enough to see any of them die. I do wonder what horrific historical event this season will take and offensively act like The Doctor had any part in. There is a WW2 episode, so that is worrying. Hopefully even the BBC would restrain Chibnail if he tried that bullshit with some of the really horrible WW2 events, but they seem to mostly let him do whatever shit he wants, only forcing him to add actual Doctor Who aliens from time to time. Based on Rosa last year, The Doctor standing by and watching some real life nazi atrocity unfold (after spending 40 minutes of the episode pretending that there was a Doctor Who plot around it) is a real possibility.
That's bullshit. I love Doctor Who, the show in general brings me plenty of joy. i just hate chibnail's totally original show that took the name Doctor Who. I'm not going away. The show needs to get better, but the people who dislike it don't have to leave just so the people that like it can only hear themselves praising it.
If you only want to hear praise, start some website/group that you control, or just put everyone who doesn't like it on Ignore. No one is obliged to just abandon a show because its in a bad period, or to not criticize it because some people don't like other opinions being aired on a public forum.
