My daughter had her picture taken with Santa this week. The photagrapher wasn't as good this year but I think it's still pretty cute. I may be biased.

And the principal wonders why me school has the nickname Alcatraz. There's a shopped version of the fist pic where i made the "world outside" as creepy as a could. I'm gonna try an find it.

On a sidenote. There are four power outlets in each classrooms. We are 22 students and our computers can only last around 40-50 minutes on battery power. The shortest class is 80 minutes...

I'll take a Renaissance Faire over a Harry Potter convention any day of the week. At least people at a Renaissance Faire serve good food and get laid.

That would be the latter. It's really just a chance for people to dress up and "play pretend" like when they were kids.

Let me tell you.............my hubby and his friends all worked Ren Faire when they were teens. The stories I have heard......... If you need a temporary job and are hoping to get laid (and aren't too particular), Renaissance Faire is the place for YOU!

We went with a couple (hubby's loser-friend's sister and her husband) and they told me things that just-----EEEW.

I'm never sitting down in the Garden Chapel again.

That's not so bad. At least it's clean, and the windows aren't broken out, and the students actually have desks and chairs (not to mention computers), and there aren't mushrooms growing out of the floor...you should've seen my high school.
