Great pics as always, boco! Italy is very beautiful and I wish I could go back there with my fancy camera. I went many years ago for business but that was before I had taken up photography as a hobby. That pic of the monastery is particularly mind-blowing.
 
The Duomo... stunning. Unfortunately, when I was there, a lot of it was covered up for cleaning/repairs. :(

The first shot of the flower with the droplets is really lovely - the darkness of the background makes it quite dramatic. :)

Seeing Italy woke up in me the hobby too.. and now I always have a camera in my purse.. Once I saw a nice rainbow between two buildings.. It was still raining,I was without an unbrella, stood in the middle of the street to take pics, and the people around me looks at me like I was crazy or something :)
I like that mountain monastery :) has a painting on the stone of the devil that's really creepy..

Here's what I found when I visited Milan right in front of the Dome:

Thank you!:) You should see me in the mornings though. Its quite scary.
Yeah I don't have an avatar yet because I only joined yesterday and I have to wait two weeks before I can have one. I tried to post the images onto the forum but they wouldn't show up so it had to be links. Maybe I will have better luck next time.

Mr Laser Beam - thank you. You're posting comments that are making me laugh a lot - I really needed that today. First the Bones one and now the one about Robert Beltran. :D
