I don't know what Photodraw is, either.

What ever kind of program, just open the image so you can see it. Somewhere along the buttons on the top of your keyboard will be one that says Prt Scr (or "Print Screen") -- press it; it takes a picture of your window. Everything.

If using Windows, right click on the desktop, New >, Bitmap Image. Open the new image, paste (hold Ctrl and press V) -- move it around until it's in the top left and cuts off everything but the image. Crop as necessary (assuming you know basics). Save it, then go to your album and just upload it to TrekBBS.

Sounds like a great computer. My computer can be upgraded but this one can only really play games from 2006-2008. I have to run GTA Liberty City in reduced settings.
Should be able to upgrade yours. Increase your GHz, ram looks good. Nice graphics card.

My monitor is a COMPAQ. But its damn bright.
