How do we know it's really you?Well, it's over 7' long, but only has a girth of 3/8".

The outfit's great. I just saw Trekkies 2 (I'm kinda ashamed to be a fan right now!
) so I've been bombarded with two hours of people in really bad looking, ill fitting Trek uniforms. Yours is fantastic.When you've got the bun, take a pic doing the Evil Janeway pose from your avatar!

I KNOW! The only thing is, I'm not sure I can do the bun. My hair is super short. I thought about going as Year of Hell Janeway instead - including liquid latex faux wound on my face!
ETA: Also, yes, I was trying SO hard to avoid a costume that would resemble any of the costumes on Trekkies. I must've bought 80 meters of the fabric and it's been a work in progress for a month.

My husband is currently stationed at Fort Huachuca. About an hour east (and south) from Tucson.
I watched an episode of "Outlaw" the other night and they acted like Tucson was right on the border of Mexico. I laughed so hard. Characters were hanging out by the border as if it only took them 5 minutes to get there.
5 min? What are they doing, driving stock cars?
It's an hours drive from Tucson to Sierra Vista at least.
