I spent Thursday evening, Friday and today at a relaxacon (a relaxacon is a science fiction convention with little or no formal programming), where I had a great time. I kind of liked the show, but it was a huge disappointment.

I kind of agree that it was disappointing - I actually would have preferred it had it been more faithful to the book, but just expanded on it in ways that were more consistent. I thought the Blue Hand Group was a fascinating touch - the Mark/Olivia/Lloyd triangle, OTOH, was not so fascinating.
