Waffle House is to food what Mariah Carey is to acting. And at least Mariah is fun to look at for more than twenty seconds.

My beagle K.J.

She's my little baby. :adore:

Captain..?

Oh and seriously impressive SW collection.

Thanks. I have other pictures of my stuff on page 450 or 451 of this thread...these are just some of the more recent ones. I've been collecting since my father passed away back in 1998, I guess as sort of a way to reconnect with my childhood and youth in the wake of losing him. Plus, it's very fun and since I'm single with no kids it's much easier to amass a collection like this than it might be for some other folks.

Last night, we ordered pizza and in the "special instructions" field on the order form we said "draw a Pokemon on the box."

We got this:

Depending on which delivery joint you ordered from, I imagine the picture might have been even better than the pizza. ;)

I only found out about this option in US pizza joints because of others ordering theres asking for ponies to be drawn on the box (and several did, a little too well drawn).

So I'm curious, the huge stacks of them, are those all the same? Is it an army? Why do you have so many the same (if that is the case)?

Army building. I get multiples of some so I can eventually set up loose displays of certain characters such as droids, aliens and troopers. A perfectly understandable question and I'm quite happy to explain. People who aren't into the hobby don't always understand the logic of buying multiples of some characters, but when you army build you quickly discover the necessity of obtaining multiple copies through purchase or trade. Mind you, not all the ones in those stacks you see are the same figure. Some are duplicates, others aren't. :)

Army building I get, but you threw me by still having them in the packets. I thought you were collecting multiples and leaving them that way rather than opening them. Got any photos the armies?

Nothing up-to-date. I posted a few pics of my loose stuff on earlier pages of this thread, but I haven't posted any new and recent photos of the loose figures. But thanks for the reminder...I'll have to get cracking on that. Appreciate the friendly and unintentional nudge.:techman: To be honest I'll probably leave some of those multiple figures packaged in case a collector friend or two want to trade(most of them prefer to trade and sell figures that are still in the original packaging). It never hurts to leave some things in the box or on the blister card...you never know who's going to offer you something for it, money or otherwise.

Have you got vinyl caped Jawa?

I've got quite a few vintage figures from the 70's (displayed in a cabinet designed for little plates or something). Also bought a lot of AOTC figures because I liked the detail, and other random things I liked such as the cantina set that fits together. Wanted to get Wicket from the latest release of redone vintage but couldn't find him.

SW set me free from my completest tendencies. It kind of came down to a mortgage or SW, LOLOL

Would love to see army photos.
