Yeah, but the Phillies won that pretty easily. I usually do not hold grudges against the losers.
One wouldn't expect you to, since they're playing *against* the Phils for the second NLCS in a row.

Of all the teams still left in it, the only does I don't dislike are the Angels and Phillies. If it ends up being that, my only prediction is there will be a lot of red in the stands.
I'm hoping for Dodgers/Angels. Realistically, it's going to be Yankees/Phillies.

Weren't the bullpens supposed to be a strength for each team?
Phillies bullpen was great last year. Has been a major weak spot this year.
On the other hand, Dodgers bullpen has been very good this season. It's good for the Phillies that they were able to touch it up in game 1, keep them confident against an opponent's strong point.
Phils have had three exciting, tense games in a row. This is going to kill me!
Dodgers & Phils both played well tonight. Either one would be a worthy Yankee opponent, though I still think the Dodgers would make a more exciting World Series if my team makes it in.
Post season Phillies is very fun. It can be very scary, but still fun. It's especially interesting because any event I'm at with a TV turns into a Phillies event (where there's usually a couple of Mets fans rooting for the Phils to lose).

Angels had plenty of chances. They must have stranded 15, 16 runners. They will have to regroup at home at find some way to drive in some God damned runs.
