Quite the dramatic finish to today's game. I got home from class just in time to see all the drama. A good come from behind win for the Phillies.

After an almost blow the lead loss.
Nothing scarier this year than watching Brad Lidge, even against one batter. But big sigh of relief. Colorado was a dangerous team (they were one of the hotter teams this year).
Los Angeles is next. Phils weren't all that great against them this year, so it should be interesting what the results will be.
Hey, thats twice in a row Lidge has got the job done. Both against Tuwlowiski too.
LA won the season series 4-3, but one of those was a Brad Lidge Blown Save. Maybe Jayson Werth will steal 2nd, 3rd and home in the same inning again.
If you can't hit with runners in scoring position, you won't have success. That, and an inability to hit against left handed pitching is a recipe for disaster.
The Phillies hit when they needed to and the Rockies didn't. That's why they're the defending champs.

I'm a Giants fan, but I want to see a all So-Cal world series. Is that wrong?
I hope the Dodgers win the NLCS.
I mean, of course I'd love it if the Yankees could get in, and I think the Dodgers would be the most exciting opponent for us. But if my team doesn't make it, I'd just as soon have a freeway World Series, just because it's never happened before.

I think they would just have the games on by 9pm anyways. There was an article months ago about starting the games at 8pm instead of 8:30, I'm not sure if that is local time through.

I think it would be totally cool, too, but then again, I'm an Angels fan.
I, however, am under no illusions about how tough it's going to be to get past the Yankees. So we'll see.
One wouldn't expect you to, since they're playing *against* the Phils for the second NLCS in a row.
Same here, for basically the same reason.
I'm still mad at Nick Punto and Carlos Gomez. They should both be forced to take Baserunning 101 in the offseason.
