Last movie you saw?

Watched Star Wars: The Last Jedi on Netflix Saturday night. It think it was my 4th or 5th viewing. Still enjoyed myself on a rainy Saturday evening.

Incredible 2. It was cute. My 6 year old loved, though she was scared at some parts. My 3 year old thought it was great. My husband fell asleep.

Transformers: The Last Knight ...... on Amazon Prime ....

What an incoherent, mind numbing, plot void, stupid awful mess. I'm glad it was include in my Prime membership because I would have demanded a refund if I had to pony up out of pocket cash to see it. It was terrible.

You actually sat through a TF 'movie'?! I dunno if I should salute you or weep for you!

Trespass (1992)- not one of Walter Hill's finest moments imho, but not bad either...

"My Friend Dahmer." It's a pretty good movie about Jeffrey Dahmer in high school. It's a pretty disturbing movie but not really a overtly gross movie like you might expect. Created by a guy who went to school with him.

Rented the new Tomb Raider reboot off of Amazon the other night. Not bad, but not too good either. Had a bit of a hard time with the female lead Alicia Vikander, her acting chops just were not up to the challenge of carrying the move. Walton Goggins left teeth marks in every scene he chewed through. Stunts and CGI were decent enough...

A solid film, for sure. The kid playing Dahmer did a very good/unsettling job. I thought for sure I was going to have to shut it off a time or two, but the film ended up going in other directions.

Last film I saw just happens to be one of my all time favorites: Dark Night of the Scarecrow. I typically won't watch it this time of year, maybe I was just trying to 'force' Autumn into showing up & rescuing me from this terrible heat and mugginess, sigh.

 (in my humble opinion only)

I watched "Mr Woodcock" for the first time. Found it very bleh. Thing is you got two idea's for good movie in it yet the movie was about neither of them. Following Mr Woodcock basically bully and act like a asshole to kids in gym class could have been a fun movie in the vein "Eastbound and Down" the tv show or "Dodgeball" or "Bad Santa." Also focusing on Amy Poehler's kind of asshole/put upon personal assitant would also be fun since she was the funnest thing in the movie. I'm afraid Stiffler dealing with Stiffler's mom wasn't all that interesting.

'A Pure Formality'....I liked it better than most reviewers have:

Wait a minute... that's a full movie. I have taken a look online, and can't find evidence that this movie is in the public domain, so I have removed the video due to copyright.

If you can provide proof that it is legal for this movie to be shared for free over YouTube, then I can reinstate it.
