It's a very good article - and as for window placement, I have the decks worked out properly for this build, and she will conform to standard size decks of the day. It's possible to do :-)Like a lot of ships the Excelsior has quite a lot of size issues, 467 is a tad cramped with regard to window placements and so on, to be able to clear the spacedock doors she can't be larger than 600 meters, however it seems it's best to stick at 467m
