No in Enterprise season 4's Andorian arc there is a reference to something first introduced in Nemesis.

Yeah I wasn't a fan of Fair Haven. I think this particular setting was the low-point of Voyager holodeck fun.

I love Blink of an Eye, right up there at the top of Voyager episodes. My favorite part is when Gotana-Retz (Kim) is returning to the planet and the "flight control" voice is like "let me guess, you are Gotana-Retz, returning from the Skyship?" Like she gets cocky pilots giving her that line all the time. Perfect.
I would say either watch NEM before starting ENT, or save it to give yourself a break after ENT's lowest point (season 2, ep 11, 'Precious Cargo'). But don't leave it too late, or it might seem weird to suddenly flash forward to TNG for a moment, and then go back to those warp 5 days.
Blink of an Eye is a wonderful episode, and is one of my VOY favorites.

It's weirdly and unexpectedly fun. The marketing for it made it seem like an awful stunt story, which it was. But with that in mind, it actually isn't bad. I don't know why but for some reason it always makes me think of other 70's early 80's cheesy SF episodes like Buck Rogers, but in a good way.
I think it was alright, nothing to get excited about. The big crossover came across as cheesy to me.
The best part was seeing J.G. Hertzler and Jeffrey Combs on VOY. J.G. played quite a sympathetic Hirogen.

Yeah I really didn't like the first Fair Haven episode, so I was annoyed when I saw that another one was coming. Spirit Folk, though, is easily a contender for the worst episode of VOY.
I think the problem of leaving the holodeck on all the time was started in Fair Haven, yet in this episode, even though the program was malfunctioning, they still decided to leave it on, because they'd grown so attached to the damn place.The stereotypical Irish setting was awful as well, with no interesting characters to keep me interested in any of the crap going down.
The two episodes are poorly placed in the season as well. In Pathfinder, we saw Barclay suffering a relapse of holodiction, which was seen as something that needed to be helped with. Then along comes Fair Haven not too long after, where the VOY crew are there all the time, and Janeway falls for a (very dull) hologram. It doesn't make sense.
They shouldn't have been using the holodeck anyway in the Delta Quadrant where resources are harder to come by, but that's a different game.

Maybe he had the good sense to skip on to nuBSG....

Funnily enough I remember TheGodBen's (another Irishman) VOY review thread, and he pretended that the series finished an episode before Fair Haven and hid briefly.
