The gratuitous camera shots and costume choices can be disconcerting, but I know for all the sexist decisions made by producers and executive, I know that there were others behind the camera who thought they could do better in representing women, and actors in front of the camera, like Mulgrew and Visitor, who saw a unique opportunity to play characters that might show women something new and powerful.

I think your little "DON'T DO THIS" routine is kinda adorable since it comes across as serving the purpose of having an excuse to post images and talk about how exactly women can be objectified.
