I know that with SNW, an increasing number of ST characters have now been portrayed by 3 actors, but after Spock (I think 9 without including voice actors), is it Kirk next with 5?

In any one installment - it's Spock in TSFS with 5. What about in a single episode - is it Similitude?

And Tora Ziyal across the whole of DS9 in terms of 3 adult ish actors.

Just also thinking the number of main or recurring characters portrayed by more than one actor must be more than half of all in the franchise surely.

My head hurts.

I agree with fan productions but I disagree about voice actors. Voice acting is acting and should be treated equally.

Oh, it gets better. If you include the unborn children as people (and some people would), then the list would include the unborn children of Visitor, McFadden, Dawson, ... and Patricia Tallman.
