- The mother totally overreacted to the DVD. For all she knew, it could have been some bad porn that a lot of guys have lying around, which was taken by accident.
Still more or less the same, they take longer with stories by this point there's 2 more episodes than was in the first series of the original. So there are new plot points, the stuff with Josh's family is all new, the ghosts in the hospital too. The werewolf guy "helping" Josh was only 1 episode here not two. So there are quite a lot of differences at this point but the main story points have been hit so far.I am really liking this show. For somebody who has seen the original series, is it still pretty much the same or has it branched off into it's own thing yet, this far into the first season?
an "actual wolf"?! that didnt look like any wolf Ive ever seen... it was hideous! it looked like the infected dog from The Thing! Poor Josh!- I didn't like the wolf CGI. Didn't know that he turned into an actual wolf either. I thought he turned into a humanoid wolf-like creature.

Yes, there are definitely some totally new story elements (wolfboy's sister and parents) and some changes in the vamp "rules" (the fact that vampires can be mirrored or photographed/filmed), and of course... tea. Annie was always running around making tea for everyone, while Sally is less inclined to wait on others.
