For me, it has to be the fish headed aliens from that first season TNG episode.

Easily the 25th century uniforms from "All Good Things" and "Endgame". Fugliest PJ's ever.
And just to show you what a bit of money can do, the USS Kelvin uniforms from STXI, which are virtually the same (compare the EMH in "Endgame" with Captain Robau), look fantastic.
Other than that, TNG seasons 1 + 2.
Oh! And the Next Gen Romulans. Actually they're by far the worst of all. OMG they're an embarrassment in those bowl cuts and shoulder pads.

I whole-heartedly agree! Whose idea was it to have the dreaded enemies of the Federation walking around inside puffy gray mattresses?! It looked like they took an idea from the look of the Queen of Heart's army of cards in "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland".

LOL, agreed. Even in my fanfic I couldn't resist explaining part of that uniform off as a very, very bad government program that got canceled after a few months in the field.
Speaking of Cardassian faux pas...how about the very first outfit Garak ever wore! Talk about some fugly stripes and patterns not becoming of a tailor.
I always thought that one fit the gorgon perfectly and was kind of a neat design with all the reflections and stuff but that's just me.
Hated the outfit Kira wore, the sona were real bad too

Pulaski's always bothered me for some reason. Troi's seaosn-1 pajama uniform too.
Funny you should mention that. I am one of only three known humans who actually like the TMP uniforms. I especially like The Shat's short-sleeve "off-duty" uniform. Plus, Nimoy never looked Spockier than in his grey unitard, and Nichelle looked very pretty in beige. The TWOK uniforms were fine for formal occasions, but they never looked like the kind of thing the crew should wear day-to-day.
