The big, creepy tree in my backyard is now the big, snowy tree.

Seeing as people are posting their snow pics, I'll dig up an older photo of some winter frost on the car, taken a few weeks ago:

It's like designer stubble, but cooler. :bolian:

guns guns guns

love that shotgun. i've fired a lot of "gunz" over the years but this one and the P90 is my absolute favorite. i kind of miss it. too bad i dont have a permit for it or i would have brought it with me to sweden. now the poor thing is locked up in the basement back home...

funny story, a few of my friends dragged me off fishing last summer. after like two or three hours without a catch i got tired and grabbed the shotgun. the water was pretty clear so i could see the fish well enough. ten minutes later we had enough fish for days.

EDIT: haven't had the guts to try the hand grenade fishing that is apparently preferred by American troops overseas. but i'll get my shit together and do it this summer. btw, thanks for reminding me about guns lol. gotta refurbish my colt.

ares-that M2 is a dream, the recoil is light, and I hear how automatics have problems cycling lighter loads, but it's never been a problem for it.

Here is another picture of me (I feel so vain since this is the second photo I've posted... yikes)

This one was taken before a dance I went to with my best friend (I cropped him out, but you can still see a bit of his hair.) Since we were going to a dance, that's the reason why I'm all dolled up. Also, my friend convinced me to wear these super awesome fake eyelashes that I loved, but looking back over the pictures from that night, I realize you could totally tell they were fake... aahhh well!

Also, I'm posting this because I felt the need to prove that I didn't just take a random picture off of the internet and post it as myself. Compare this picture and my previously posted one and you can see it's the same person! :D

Sorry for the size of the pic, it's rather large and just of my big head, so I hope you all can forgive me for that! Like I said, I just cropped myself out of the pic. :borg:

You look very lovely, J.Ashmore, and if it means anything, I can't tell the lashes are supposed to be fake.

i admit, i don't use it much. i've fired it maybe fifty times. but its still the best firearm i've ever used. and keep in mind that i have access to a gun shop, so that's gotta be high praises.

Hello there! How you doin'? :)

Sorry to interrupt the guns, snow, attractive ladies, and... um... me with people from the TV, but there's been a development.

I play tin whistle now. That brings the total "instruments I pretend I know how to play" up to seven.

Actually, I'm liking it so far. The fingering is more intuitive than other woodwind instruments I've played (i.e.: the recorder, back in elementary school.) The "blow harder to get a higher octave" part is giving me the most trouble, but I'll get used to it. I might eventually be able to play this instead of just kind of knowing how but lacking any actual skill like with guitar, bass, drums, piano, accordion, and keytar.

Last week we had a big ice storm on Monday night, followed by snow on Thursday night/ Friday. We got 6 inches in our neighborhood, but it was too dry to really pack well.

It warmed up on Saturday which allowed the snow to be packable.

Our neighbors built a snow family, complete with puppy. An hour later, it had gotten warm enough that the puppy's head fell off. :(

Yeah, but you're playing it while wearing the hat. Therefore, you win stuff.

A good hat, like bacon, makes everything better.
