Nope....SNW has had just over a seasons worth of episodes and at least half of those stink..
You're battin' zero here, so far.

I think a big subset of the most die hard Legacy fans are generally not Lower Decks fans, they say stuff like they hope Matalas can come on and make everything but Picard season 3 non canon. Something I used to pay attention to when everything wasnt cancelled was what people excitedly talked about wanting to see in an upcoming season of (nu)Trek. Ultimately, 90% of the speculation or discussion of the show from my perspective is who could appear on set that week to audience applause and what classic loose end they could tie up from the Berman era.Actually I'd say most Legacy fans would have been happy with Captain Seven of Nine and the occasional TNG or DS9 actor guest appearance.
Ummm a lot of network shows still have over 20 episodes.
After seeing institutions like The Simpsons/Family Guy/Bob's Burgers transition to 15 episode seasons this year, that's when it dawned on me that 20 episode seasons are truly over. In terms of cartoons, Prodigy truly might be one of the last. Honestly I'm surprised when new shows even get 12 to 15 episodes (though I think more shows should have that instead of 10 episodes). Not a lot, actually. Looking over scripted programs on the networks for the 2024-25 season:
ABC only had one show go over 20 episodes, which did 22
CBS only had six shows to go over 20 episodes, which did 22
Fox only had four shows to go over 20 episodes, which did 22
NBC only had six shows to go over 20 episodes, which did 22.
So...this is why we are not talking about it. People think this isn't indicative of what it will be and filling in what they imagine rather than being patient enough to just watch the show.cant really have a take on the clip because I feel like the show is decidedly not about this.
Which is why it is uninteresting to me. Imagine a band only touring cities they've already playedUltimately, 90% of the speculation or discussion of the show from my perspective is who could appear on set that week to audience applause and what classic loose end they could tie up from the Berman era.
What's not to love?Be forewarned, I love Holly Hunter.
I understood that reference.She's a firecracker.
I saw season 1 of the original show. It was a prime time soap opera about teenagers, most of whom were rich, and how they look down on people of lower wealth/social status and also had sex.I still don't know what it's about.
And I grew up when it was new![]()
Sounds stupid.I saw season 1 of the original show. It was a prime time soap opera about teenagers, most of whom were rich, and how they look down on people of lower wealth/social status and also had sex.
It was. I watched it, but I was 12 and often had TV on when doing homework. The show was actually called Beverly Hills 90210.Sounds stupid.
I don't know how anyone is taking that away from STARFLEET ACADEMY.
What's not to love?
She's a firecracker.
So do I.I understood that reference.
90210 lends itself better to stupid jokes (NCC-90210, Stardate9021.0, that sort of thing) than titles of other teen angst shows like Party of Five, Dawson's Creek or The OC would.Sounds stupid.

She got blowed up real good, so that checks out! She's a firecracker.

Literally all those shows are ancient history.90210 lends itself better to stupid jokes (NCC-90210, Stardate9021.0, that sort of thing) than titles of other teen angst shows like Party of Five, Dawson's Creek or The OC would.
Well, no one said the people making those jokes were young.Literally all those shows are ancient history.
Which tells you Par has probably whiffed again at attracting young viewers to Trek.Literally all those shows are ancient history.
