Spoilers Strange New Worlds General Discussion Thread

Its now released here
Not really. Granted, it does mean it won't be out as quickly as the final seasons of Disco and Lower Decks or Section 31 were released, but there is no real pattern to these things anyway. If I were to guess, since they're not planning on having it released before Christmas, it'll probably be released in the spring, possibly as a promotional tool of sorts for season 4. "Catch up on season 3 before season 4 premieres" sort of thing.

I refer you to Page 902 of this thread. But in short, no there's no word. But don't worry, someone here will post it when there is.

Its release here now in prime video to buy digitally.

21,99e in 4k (here was Spain). And in the others countrys?.

Didn't they film the next two seasons basically back to back without no real break in-between? I think that might be why he is so exhausted.

I think Patrick Stewart also had a mini-burnout during the filming of the TNG finale (which was done practically right next to Generations) and unfortunately he snapped at some documentary crew, so I remember reading.

In the old days, a 1 hour episode of Star Trek was filmed over a week. That's all you had, 7 days to film a one hour show. Sometimes they'd be putting in 10 hour, even 12 hour days if there was a lot of costuming or extensive locations.
Sometimes they could get an extra week if it was a special episode.

It seems that DSC and SNW are taking about 3 weeks to shoot each standard length episode and with the much more elaborate special effects required they need more time to finish post production
