I forgot that in the end up he was the guardian of forever assuming human form. But personality wise, and in costume, he gave a total TL vibe to me.Why's that?

One of the writers on Enterprise wanted to include a TARDIS in an ep but the showrunner shot it down.
But the 31st Century ship we got in that episode was pretty close
Well...I guess I have another good reason to give Enterprise a second chance (I quit after the second season and never came back, aside from watching a handful episodes like the Brent Spiner epsiodes). The Chameleon Circuit was working that day.![]()

'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' & 'Doctor Who' Crossover? Watch Finale Sneak Peek
Pelia apparently knows a certain character...www.tvinsider.com
What I find funny about that is that, in my head (I will not append the word "canon"), I like to think that the sixth Doctor and Jean-Luc Picard traveled together (with Frobisher) for a time, in the period after Picard lost the Stargazer. I can't really explain why I think this, only that I find the idea of this TARDIS team appealing, maybe for the same reasons Six and Evelyn Smythe were appealing -- the atypicalness of the pairing.Yep, turns out Pelia was The Doctor's companion at one point.
I just love the idea of Picard sharing scenes with a talking penguin. Thank you for creating that image in my head. What I find funny about that is that, in my head (I will not append the word "canon"), I like to think that the sixth Doctor and Jean-Luc Picard traveled together (with Frobisher) for a time, in the period after Picard lost the Stargazer. Well, that would certainly be an interesting team.I like to think that the sixth Doctor and Jean-Luc Picard traveled together (with Frobisher) for a time,
Presumably the next burning question becomes: Which Doctor was Pelia a companion of? (I like the idea of tying in to her previous comment about loving the 1980s and having her meet the Doctor then, so if we’re going by primary era that gives us at least three to choose from, though of course technically it could be any.)
I'm somewhat attached to the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker).
To me he's the definitive Doctor Who.
Well, sure — if you’re of A Certain Age, there can be no other. But Pelia feels like she maybe belongs more to the goofier, cheesier, more weirdly candy-colored John Nathan-Turner years, so maybe Colin Baker or Sylvester McCoy.I'm somewhat attached to the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker).
