They’ve always been all over the place with Vulcan physical age and development. I think it’s probably safe to assume that Spock matured faster and also aged somewhat faster than full Vulcans because he was half human. T’Pol was only at the marriage age in her early to mid sixties, 25 or 30 years older than Spock was in Strange New Worlds. He had pon farr at around 35. T’Pol had delayed things past the point that it was acceptable but it’s still probable that the average age of marriage and full reproductive maturity for a full Vulcan might be anywhere from the thirties to the sixties, with some sexual experimentation in the decades prior considered normal. Maybe it aids in the formation of the bond and triggers pon farr and full maturity T’Lyn is 62 (is that measured in human or Vulcan years?) and is apparently at about the same stage of maturity as T’Pol was in Enterprise. They’re both young adults in the same stage of life as a human in her late twenties or early thirties. T’Lyn is certainly interested in the aesthetically pleasing Orion. Maybe her parents are modern and decided to let her choose her own bond mate.
Sarek was 203 years old.
So, round about 200 years (possibly a bit more) would be what Vulcans could be expected to live to.
In terms of maturation, I don't think we have any canonical data that Vulcans physically mature any faster (or slower) than humans - though given their brain capabilities, meditation, dedication to logic and telepathy, they would probably mentally mature faster than humans - as such they could finish education faster and go on to do other things quicker - but they also potentially take less risks than humans, which may put them into a category where they do not necessarily get promoted faster - but I guess its all relative).
One other question which has been on my mind... is development of pon-farr associated with full blown sexual maturation in Vulcans and do they all develop Pon Farr at approximately the same time?
Nothing says that they can't have sex prior to development of Pon Farr... but, we also don't know if experiencing Pon Farr is a sign of sexual maturity in Vulcans. We just know they develop the urge to mate, and its 'usually' around this time that they take mates... though they probably do not have to take mates... they can probably just have sex to alleviate their Pon Farr.
Not sure if using Pon Farr as a reference to biological sexual maturation is appropriate though. Could be, but, given that Vulcans have been suppressing emotions for about 2000 years, its possible their physiology adapted to accommodate for this, and given their emphasys on mental prowess, sexual aspects may have taken a back seat (literally).
