Worf’s line, I believe was, “Wait. Where’s Commander Ro?” Definitely the intention was that Worf and Raffi were being handled by Ro.
Couldn't remember the exact wording but knew it was something along those lines.

Thank Fowler there are people with better memories/retention than I have

Why did Ro Laren say that Picard’s son was central to her investigation? This was never folllowed up on in the episode.
I viewed it through the lens of what she told Picard later on: she was specifically ordered to place Jack in custody, but apparently wasn't given any reasons for it. It should be reason enough to suspect he's important to the conspirators for some reason.

Who is this Chancellor person Picard mentioned after Janeway? The new Klingon leader maybe?

Doesn't bode well for Martok, although perhaps "Chancellor Roll" is just the head of Starfleet Academy rather than the Klingon Empire

All of the sudden I'm wondering if we'll get the incredible fanwank of Janeway, Sisko, and Picard all onscreen in the series finale.

Watching a video of Archer as part of Frontier day

Ro should really have tried to jettison herself into space somehow, to distance herself from the transporter inhibitor and hopefully be resuscitated by Titan. Although I suppose she didn't have much time to blow a hatch.

Really wonder about what Ro and Worf's working relationship was like, considering both having being colleages on the Enterprise-D under Picard.

And not to forget her becoming his superior;)
If we take Worf's words literally that he's not officially in Starfleet anymore but a subcontractor, then the only way he can pull rank on Ro is to get back into Starfleet (where instagram logs claim he's a captain, albeit this hasn't been shown on screen canon yet)

Maybe the running joke should be that everyone knew Ro was back in Starfleet except for Picard, and they all hid it from him knowing how much he hated her.

publicity images have shown him in a uniform with 4 pips, so I think we will eventually.

At first, I thought it was the president of the UFP. But the president isn't called "chancellor." (then again, nuTrek sure does love its continuity goofs.)

Would there be a high-ranking Starfleet muckey-muck with that title?

Even if Worf was in Starfleet (unclear at this point) and even if he did have a higher rank than Ro, she could still have positional authority over him in Starfleet Intelligence.

The Chancellor of Starfleet Academy? But then that post was established all the way back in TNG and DS9 as being the Commandant of the Academy so if that's a change of the title it would still be odd for Picard to think the head of a potentially compromised body would be a good person to go to with hypersensitive information about a plot within Starfleet.

Chancellor and commandant could be different roles. Similar to head of the board of governors and the head teacher at a (UK) School.

The Andorian Empire was headed by a Chancellor in Enterprise.
