Possibly the only good thing about Picard was showing that Seven and Chakotay did not stay together

It took them like 30 pages to break up in the first post-series Voyager novel, too.

I'm also going to make the obvious joke about Chak being so terrible, he turned Seven gay.

Because Chak is terrible. So, so terrible.

Or Bashir/Worf = Barf?
Or Bashir/Rom = Bomb?
Or Bashir/Weyoun = Boon?
Or Bashir/Jake = Bake?
Or Bashir/Dukat = Bat?

and let me guess, he fell into Janeways arms on page 31. Shippers gonna ship.

 

If it was the "Homecoming" series, no. Not saying those two don't get busy later (because shippers gonna ship, and I ship like the QE2). But it wasn't that quick.

 

They never got together in the books.

 

Seven and Chakotay? No, they didn't (that I know of).
Janeway and Chakotay? Yup, they did.

 

Uhm, Janeway and Chakotay? They dated before Janeway died, they became a couple after she got resurrected and they got married in the last book.

J/C shippers pop up everywhere. Mostly on YouTube, making videos spliced from Voyager clips. Most notably "Resolutions". But, some of them write Trek novels.

The Autobiography of Kathryn Janeway is ambiguous, but it leaves room for J/C shippers as well.

Raffi and Seven coming together felt too leftfield, but it happens in RL, and it was also strongly implied through S1 that Raffi was bisexual (her holocall to an embarassed SF officer) and Seven had emerged as lesbian (implied of spending some time with Bjayzi).

Also Raffi and Seven are similar ages (though Seven still seems glamorous enough to entice women 20+ years her junior).
