Not bad, not best, solid 7.

As for Bradward and Tendi.. Doubt it. They are naked around each other on the daily, Tendi in a towel is a Tuesday. There freinds. Tendi pushes herself to be Too freindly at times.. But hey.

Though as a red blooded guy.. Tendi in a towel? :techman:

Didn't Rick and Morty call them C#& Gutters? :barf:

That was my first thought when I realized "Martok" was the GM. XD

Another 8 from me. LDS is always enjoyable. I think my favorite line was the mimosas one and I really enjoyed the spot-on Predator music during the chase. And Mariner definitely got her leg day workout in.

Each time LDS gives us little cameos of key 90s Trek characters (Tuvok and "Martok"), it just makes me hope more that we will get legacy shows for DS9 and VOY - animated or otherwise (come on, three seasons like PIC should be manageable).

me! I still own “The Wrath of the Klingon”!

    Further thoughts on the episode…

I expected Shax owing a favour to Boimler coming into play to resolve the hunt. I guess it will come up in a later episode instead.
Also: will bold Boimler continue? And will it keep singing? How can a human male sing soprano (hint: might have something to do with last week’s episode)?

Also, isn’t filling the most important posts on a ship with a single race (Bolians in this case) quite racist?

I think it's more likely that the person we see on the Cerritos is the "real" D'Vana. If the person she had to adopt among the Orion Syndicate was her real personality, why would she leave? More likely that persona was an act she had to put on to survive in that culture. In the Federation, she's free to be her true self -- the kindhearted, caring person she really is.

    "Experience Bige!"

I really liked this episode, mainly for Boimler it has to be said. The timing of the spear hit did make me laugh out loud.

Nice to see Mariner trying, and what I like about Ransom is that they (mostly) keep just the right side of him being a jerk and an idiot.

Tendi is always adorable, and as for her in a towel, I dunno, maybe young men have evolved by the 24th century to not opening salivate at an attractive work colleague? Just a thought.

My thoughts exactly. If you're going to tell me all about an evolved humanity the first aspect that appeals to me is that nudity is a non-issue. And the lack of the extreme immaturity over bodily functions.

Yes, the one with Gowron? I have that still somewhere in my garage.

Anyway, loved this episode. Lots of laughs.

I haven't gotten to the episode yet, but I must point out that the name is clearly a(n) homage to the classic short story "The Most Dangerous Game" by Richard Connell. It has been adapted to film, radio and television many times. I hear the new movie released last month is... not good though. Anyway, I'm interested in seeing what story parallels there may be in this LD episode.

Hence Roddenberry's concept for TMP that people on Earth would be casually lounging and walking around in the nude and nobody would give it a second thought. Our primitive notions of modesty will be a thing of the past. :shifty:

Maybe, but not unprecedented; the Intrepid (TOS: "The Immunity Syndrome" and the T'Kumbra (DS9: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite") were ships with all-Vulcan crews.

On second thought, that's different from what the Bolians were doing, so yeah it is pretty racist.

I used to love that game! An absolute blast from the past. :klingon:

The episode didn't grab me like the premiere, but I still enjoyed it enough to give it a 7. J.G. Hertzler's character was hilarious, though. :D

"Soprano" is not the Bajoran word, but the closest approximation to what Shaxs was looking for, right?
