It's possible it scanned his brainwaves or whatever in that time

Exactly. Scanning for brainwaves was dead easy in late 24th century already in UFP... and ships internal sensors would likely be able to provide same if not better amount of information than a medical tricorder for that matter.
In short, the onboard sensors are so powerful and accurate, that computers can extrapolate data even based on incomplete analysis... and it would still be extremely (or mostly) accurate.

How is it even remotely possible for the Elnor hologram to have identical memories to the real person?

Especially as it was never established that Federation/Confederation computers of the 25th century have a telepathic component and are able to scan for thoughts and contents of minds.

Have i missed something?
Maybe the ships computer has a pattern buffer onboard similar to a transporter system, but instead of transporting the person and storing their pattern with the help of the Heisenberg compensators, any crew aboard are regularly scanned (similar to the pre transport procedure) incase they are lost in service and can be replaced by a holographic representation with an identical copy of memories so that they can continue in service as an Emergency Hologram program similar to the EMH and the Rios Holograms. We know very well that transporters can split people in to two.

This technology may have been invented by someone like Miles O’Brien, our resident transporter expert.

This could have been one of his biggest technological breakthroughs, combining holographic and transporter technology, thus making him one of the most important people in human history as hinted at on the Lower Decks?

If ypou had indefinite life expectancy, or heck, even one that lasted several hundred years, would you behave exactly the same?
I don't think so.
We change patterns of behaviors these days quite quickly... the way we speak, how we carry ourselves, etc... I imagine it might be a bit slower for longer lived species (or not), so, T'Pau could have gone through a number of behavioral changes in the course of 113 years, because to be fair, Vulcan also changed drastically with discovery of Surak's original teachings.
Maybe T’Pau didn’t change the way she speaks. Maybe the “thee” thing was just the universal translator’s way of indicating that she was still using the old Vulcan words when the rest of Vulcan had moved on.

Not seeing how either line is throwaway. Goldberg is clearly much older than the Guinan character should be given what the audience had been told about her species to date. They explained why. Same thing with Picard seeing an older version of his mom back on TNG. It would've been weird IMO if those two things weren't addressed at all.
Guinan's age didn't need to be addressed. The character has lived for hundreds of years. Of course a point would come where she would start to age. It's a throwaway line because it's one line of dialogue that's never mentioned again and has no impact or relation to the story at hand. These kind of lines are the things we find in Star Trek novels with writers trying to fix canon inconsistencies with their own ideas. There it's appreciated because it's a 200+ page book, here it's dangling scrapes of sugary foods in front of fans in the hopes that we'll be grateful and not notice that the other 45 minutes of the episode went nowhere.
It's weird not to address it? It's weird that Picard fantasized about his elderly French speaking mother for decades but in this series we see multiple flash backs of his mother and none of them have her as elderly or french. That's weird.

Angry Joe gave this ep a 0/10! I don't really care what a youtuber thinks. But this still boggles my mind. How can anyone give this episode a 0? Even if you think Picard is a terrible show, surely you could find one good thing about this ep. There are definitely worse eps of Trek than this one.
It was my least favorite of the season but I' probably give it a 4, not a 0.

Hmm. There are so many to choose from.

But I have to go with Jurati's impromptu musical number. Now I'm not sure it technically qualifies as a 'plot hole', but it was damn sure the most unrealistic, unlikely, immersion-breaking moment of the season.

Pill does have a lovely singing voice, though.
Jurati addressed the singing in episode 9, it was a way for the Borg Queen to take over her body

It was addressed in-episode IIRC, well before EP 9, but to me it was still the most non-sensical scene in a season with a lot of non-sensical scenes. Some people really liked it- more power to them.

So the Borg could assimilate entire choirs and countless musicians, all of civilisations musical ability and talent will be used as a weapon. In future appearances the Borg should no longer talk as billions of voices in unison in such a cold, heartless and robotic way; but instead sing in a Billion(+) voiced choir, resonating love songs across the galaxy as they share their interconnectedness and compassion with other life forms.

Jurati Queen would have the best set of backing singers in the entire Universe.

Star Trek: Borg - The Musical

They could try to communicate through Earth songs, paying particular attention to Queen songs.

Episode one: Borghemian Rhapsody.

There is no redeeming quality to this version of Soong. What is his motivation? Also what happened to not-Daj? Characters just disappear and reappear in this season.
I really hope that we get a positive ending to Kore running away. For her to just disappear from the series on that note would be inexcusable. Also it looks like she didn't bother to put her shoes back on...

Jurati/BQ obviously knew what songs were in the band’s repertoire… the band must have thought it was part of the show, and just went along with it….

I would probably give it a 4 as well, but I could see how you'd go for a 0. I'm guessing really hating what happened to the borg would be one reason, or Picards mum could invalidate anything you thought was positive. I don't understand how anyone can give the episode a 10, I mean really people actually thought the episode was perfect?

That said I can't stand Angry Joe and I feel a lot of his hatred is just because it's what his audience want.

FYI - For those who think no one would willingly join the Borg, we have the Cooperative in Voyager.

If you're going to be less "turned into a slave" and more "hooked up to the internet 24/7" then a lot of people would join.

In Dreamfall - the longest journey, there's an advanced vr product called a dreamer where some people get stuck in a dream and turning their mind over to a hive via subspace. That series really needs a fitting ending, I think they need 1.5 mil for it. If I won 9 figures I'd fund them myself.

a 10 isn't always perfect. It's just the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

Different strokes for different folks.
I don't think this is how rating something out of 10 works. But whatever. People are usually overemotional so I don't let it bother me.

I much prefer rating things out of 5.

For instance, in the case of films there are few perfect 5s where everything lines up according to design, but there are many close calls (4) and many many more simply enjoyable despite flaws outings (3).

2s are where the film was good, but lacked enough points to make it a recommendation to most others. Say you watched it because of a certain actor (like I've done with 140+ Lance Henriksen films).

Now a 1 barely registers as a film. You made it through by sheer willpower over boredom, which is the worst crime of all to inflict on viewers.

People interpret it two ways:

1. No Negatives: The work is perfect in every way. 2001: A Space Odyssey is a cinematic masterpiece from beginning to end even if you don't like it.

2. How much you love it: It doesn't matter if the special effects are wonky in Flash Gordon, it is your all time favorite movie.
