So How Will Guinan Be Brought Back?

TRON JA307020

Vice Admiral
Admiral
So she’s been invited to the show by Patrick Stewart himself. I’m guessing it might be something that she needs help with or Picard going to her for help like he did with Troi and Riker. Also I wonder is she’ll just make a short appearance or something more substantial like a actual arc. It seems to be a waste to bring Whoopi out for a short scene but then it looks like they don’t have a ton of money for these episodes and Whoopi is probably to expensive if an actor to keep around the whole season. Thoughts on what you guys want to see or don’t want to see with the return if Guinan.

Most likely, if I had to guess, he'll be turning to someone whose wisdom is beyond his (and isn't Q) to come to terms with either being what he is now or trying to figure out how to deal with people not accepting what he is. He's gone from Regular Human to being Other. He's not used to being Other.

you think the whole season will be about Picard dealing with not being a human. The thing is Picard died. So sooner or later he’ll deal with being a copy I would assume. But unless he tells others no one will probably know he’s not the real Picard.

you think the whole season will be about Picard dealing with his loss of humanity? I hope not. The show needs a mystery for him to solve. Something tangible.

There's always room for subplots.

Unless the writers treat him as being the real Picard to be inconsistent with prior Star Trek. In which case he doesn't need to tell people anything.

We open to sounds of two people having loud sex behind a closed door as a cat sort of looks on in curiosity. The voices sound kind of familiar but also kind of muffled. You sort of hear a Fuck Me Fuck Me and a Oh Yes Yes Yes Yes and then you cut inside the room and we see a Naked Picard and Guinan going at it like it's the best sex they ever have had. Granted CBS All-Access doesn't go to HBO levels of nudity so certain camera angles will be used to make sure you only get a side look of a boob and maybe a flashing glance of Picard's butt.

They finally finish and then relax as Guinan and Picard share a space joint and talk about how happy they are in life. Picard is exploring again and Guinan is running a successful bar and she has been taken care of Spot who it seems was cloned years ago and Data asked her to look after her. Then things get serious when Raffi calls down from the ship in orbit and tells them to turn on the news. They do and it seems a warrant for Picard's arrest has been made. Admiral Riker and several officers from the ships we saw in the fleet from last seasons season final are shown being arrested and Admiral Oh answers questions and talks about how a conspiracy in the Federation to bring it down has been discovered and she is going to do her duty to save Starfleets soul. Cut to Picard and Guinans reaction shots and then opening theme music.

Nah geriatric sex in Star Trek isn’t appealing at all. I’m hoping that there is some kind of mystery that android Picard needs to solve. Like the human Picard used to in TNG. Maybe something to do with Guinans culture.
