That's certainly an entertaining title.
How about for "Tapestry," combine them and call it "Q-Tipped Tapestry" or something to that effect.
Change...
"THRESHOLD" to "THE SALAMANDER SYNDROME".
"THE TROUBLE WITH TRIBBLES" to "THE FURBALL INCIDENT".

"The Thaw" to "Coulrophobia"
I like this game.
I thought "The Thaw" was a great episode with a terrible title (per Beavis & Butthead...oops I mean Berman and Braga). There are an almost infinite number of better titles for VOY's very ambitious "The Thaw" than that. I really hated the way B&B admitted they were trying to make Star Trek as bland as they could, simply because it made their uncreative aliens more interesting, like it's some sort of creative zero-sum game. They even said they wanted the music of each ep. to be "generic sonic wallpaper" (their exact words). Of course that didn't apply in the TNG movies because you CAN'T tell an epic composer like Jerry Goldsmith to "tone it down." Jerry was at his best creating Wagnerian, room-shaking musical thunder, NOT "musical wallpaper," as everyone knows.
A REAL writer could make the human characters and alien characters interesting at the same time! Only a talentless hack would make the human characters/ambiance as boring as possible to emphasize their uncreative, bumpy-forehead aliens.
.... you call that "overbroad"....look at 90s anime episode titles in japanese...stuff like "Metamorphosis! Crybaby Usagi´s wonderfull tranformation" or "The teacher is a demon? Sailor Scouts come to the rescue".......That was to compensate for their overboard titles, such as “For the World is Hollow and This is a Pretentious Title”.

No way a voyager episode would have a title that long. It would most likey be called 'The Cheesecake' of just 'Cheesecake'
