I've heard that there are some spoilers out there for season 8 but that they're fake.

The scripts should be pretty much done by now, they start shooting in a couple of weeks.

I was under the impression they aren't shooting until late October, but from a quick google it would seem at least some of the scripts have already been turned in.

Here is one prediction I have for season 8: The red woman returns and dies, probably gets killed by Arya. She predicted she will die on her return to Westros, also predicted she and Arya will meet again.

Or (not that Jon would be aware of this one) the dead ice dragon could create an ice path for the dead... Though, it's a little unclear if the dead dragon is shooting a magical ice barrage or blue flame...

Burn the ice and weaken it--or freeze it even colder and make it brittle.
Viserion hitting the wall reminded me of Reliant gutting the Enterprise.

The Night King wasn't there initially to freeze the water--and the wights had to wait to attack.

A way maybe to blunt the biggest part of the deadman army. If I were in the group when they first spied some of the wight's, I might have suggested luring them into an avalanche path, Huascarán style.

A.V. Club reports that the show will film multiple endings in order to combat spoilers.

But given how quickly information travels these days, Thrones’ showrunners are “going to shoot multiple versions so that nobody really know what happens” ahead of the finale. “You have to do that on a long show,” [HBO president Casey] Bloys notes, “because when you’re shooting something, people know. So they’re going to shoot multiple versions so that there’s no real definitive answer until the end.”​

It would be hysterical if they shot a death scene for every single major character just to keep us guessing which one (or any) was real. That'd be a hell of a compilation for the BluRay extras!

They also need to film a series of ending shots with each character sitting on the iron throne in triumph (including Lyanna Mormont and the Night King).

I'm guessing it'll be the location shooting that'll have more of the fake scenes to throw off the paparazzi. They can keep the scenes on set more under wraps. Although, they might do some of those because of internal leakers I suppose.

There is also a pretty good possibility that there will be some scenes filmed with limited crew and actors. Remember when the return of Starbuck was a surprise to even the BSG cast?

Why involve any crew, the actors can shoot selfie videos on their mobiles for the real ending.
(That way also saves money so that Ghost can maybe appear next season )

I heard they filmed a scene (but cut it, obviously) with Snow meeting up with Ghost at Winterfell on the way from Dragonstone to the Wall.
