For #1 I often say DS9. But truthfully I love TOS, TNG and DS9 pretty much equally. Each has their own strengths. TOS Out of all the shows has the best lead in William Shatner. (With Stewart, Brooks and Mulgrew right after) Shatner's charisma is hard to beat. To this day I don't think any lead out of all the shows and films has been able to top Shatner. Ds9 has the best story structure and gets the award for the first Trek to do season long Story Arcs. It also has one of the most well acted, emotional tearjerking episodes in all of Trek. THE VISITOR. So an good..
TNG for expanding on what TOS started and fleshing out the Trek verse and setting the tone for years to come.

TOS,TNG and DS9 these three shows are the Pinnacle of Trek for me. We had it really good.
For two I'm going to lump them again.
It's easier on my heart. Because I love these two shows also. But sadly during both, Trek fatigue started to set in for me and many others. But I have watched both shows in there entireties since and I love them more than the first time around. Voyager started off pretty good. Fell off a bit but then when Seven was added to the show it greatly improved and we got some great great episodes. With two of my all time favorite two parters. Year of Hell and Equinox. Both excellent excellent two parters.
Entperise was a very divisive show when it first came out. Fans hated the fact that Star Trek wasn't in the title at the beginning, they didn't like the theme song, they didn't like the ship, the sets. The fact that it played a little loose with canon (which now seems so small compared to the Kurtzman era stomping over it every chance it gets.
. I had my misgivings as well. Not so much the look of the show or the minor canon issues but the initial setup. But thankfully it began to gel pretty quickly and we got MORE great Trek episodes that became classics and some nice tie ins to TOS. And YES I loved the whole explanation for the Klingon Makeup...SORRY..NOT SORRY...
Both Voyager and Entperise have the distinction of being the first two shows were I missed some episodes and didn't finish them until my rewatches years later. I never missed first runs of TNG and DS9.

Voyager and Entperise. May not be #1 but they came damn near close. Love both these shows appreciate them more every year.
Next the Kurtzman era. I have been very vocal about the quality and severe inconsistencies of this era. But that does not mean I don't like any of it. Because I do but I have to keep them separate from the other shows. They just redo so much that I can't view all of it as part of the previous Roddenberry-Berman era. To their credit (well Picard and Disco anyways) they did try to correct some of that but it was probably a little too late. Not going to lump any of the shows from this era. It's just all over the place in quality and tone.
Discovery. It started out so bad. It was obvious that they wanted to do their own thing and didn't really want to carry much over from previous Trek. Starting with Klingon Makeup. Totally unforgivable. Sure the makeup changed for TMP and some slight changes with hair and ridges but from that point on they had a pretty consistent look and a great Entperise episode that gave us a cool reason why TOS had the smoothies ..
....but NOOOOO the producers of Disco couldn't continue to follow that. They decide they needed to make them baldies with bronze/gold skin, Elongated heads and four nostrils.
And with costumes that looked like they were better suited for MCU's THOR films. They corrected it later but still. Dear God what were they thinking???
Ok I'm keeping it short form here. Disco.was not my cup of tea the first three seasons but it did improve during four and I actually FINALLY loved a season. Season 5. Imagine that.. it was enough for me to actually give it a better ranking position than Picard which I did not expect writing this.

Discovery...I ranked it higher than Picard..WHAT?????...
Picard. I was so happy they were going to continue the Berman era a bit. But sadly the first two seasons just were not that good. Not all bad. But not that good. I did love that Seven from Voyager returned. She has now grown away from her Borg persona. She has fully embraced Annika Hansen and yet still keeps her Seven designation. Love her character growth since Voyager. I do wish they didn't just rush her and Raffis relationship out of the blue. I would have liked to see a buildup to it. Season 3 was basically a TNG reunion but it worked for me and was my Favorite season of Picard and one of the biggest highlights of the Kurtzman era for me loved it. But sadly not enough to give it Discoverys spot.

Picard. Not great but excellent final season. Seven a highlight for me.
Ok this next one is a great disappointment to me. The first season was pretty good and I was hoping it would stay that way but man did it start to go sideways after season 1. SNW. I don't want to say much more except that the show just went to places of stupid I never thought I would see Trek go to. If it had maintained it's quality I would have put it in Discoverys spot. It's not done yet but I don't expect it to get better.and It even screwed with canon more than Disco....

Ok last would be SFA. It could have been good but man i don't know what to say. They had a couple nice ties to Voyager via the Doctor being on the show. The Life of the Stars was probably the shows best episode.
The Ds9 tribute episode fell flat for me. They really tried hard to tie themselves into the Berman era with this show.
. It will go down as probably the worst Trek show ever..that is sad to say. The students were not well written barely AT ALL. With Sam probably being my favorite if I had to pick one. They wasted a couple characters which became the Travis Mayweathers of the show. Characters that they just didn't know what to do with. The show only got worse in the end with the stupid stupid mining of federation space.

Starfleet Academy ....a show that makes me want to pull my hair out ..
..and ITS NOT DONE YET. I will be a bald Klingon after season 2...
Ok not going to rate any of the movies. Except to say that Section 31 sucked the biggest donkey balls ever.
..it was so bad. Embarrassingly so.
