It's the name for a piece of toast with one steamed and one fried fillet of Plaice w. shrimp, 'caviar', asparagus (well, sometimes), mayo, dressing, slice of lemon and a little garnish.

Two tickets for a special exhibit at the museum, followed by lunch with friends. It was a great day.
