More soda and some snacks to get through work tomorrow.
WD 4TB My Cloud hard drive.
Tacos and a 2 liter of soda.
Some groceries and three new Star Wars figures I didn't have.
Movies ticket to "Mr. Holmes," which was great, and then stopped at Target to get hubby stocked up on undies and socks.
A very successful trip to Ikea:
This sweet RÅSKOG utility cart.
This desk chair for 40% off because it was "as is." Their definition of "as is": there was no packaging. Otherwise it was perfect, and I don't have to put it together myself. I'd call that a win-win situation. Eventually I'll take the seat off and spray-paint it a different color.
And an outdoor throw pillow for the chair on my patio.
A few bags' worth of snacks and extra soda for this weekend.
Ex Machina and X-Men Days of Future Past Rogue Cut on blu-ray and a jug of lemonade.
Burger & Chips
Groceries and dinner items for this week.
Paint and paint supplies to paint Aarons room. He wants to go with Disney Cars/Planes colors, so it's DinoCo blue for the walls with a Dusty Crawhopper Orange stripe going all the way around. I start painting tomorrow, will post pics when done.
^you're a great Dad. My dad would have never, EVER thought of doing something like that for his kids.
Thanks, I'm always trying to make my little guys happy. Ugh, I'm a little behind on the painting. I mean really behind, haven't even started yet and I was expecting to be done tomorrow. It took a little longer to get all the stuff out of his room, patch all the holes and then mark and tape off for the stripe.
So here's a pic of where I'm at:
Star Trek comics, including the two SDCC Star Trek/Green Lantern exclusives.
Vinyl. ELO and Oldfield.
I recently bought a new elliptical machine from Sears (the price was lower than Amazon). This is my sixth elliptical in eight years, almost all of which broke down because of normal wear and tear. I've had some pretty bad experiences dealing with certain brands and their dismal customer service. I purchased a three-year extended warranty this time.
It doesn't seem to burn as many calories as my previous machine, but I really feel the difference this time. It's got a much sturdier structure, different workout programs, stats, and an audio input jack with built-in speakers.
Soda and snacks for the next few days.
A box of cookies for the last day of a kids' science program at my local library. They'd learned about Sir Isaac Newton, so you know what kind of cookies I bought.
A new plug in for my tablet.
