You didn't shoot yourself in the brain did you?

Many years ago there was an advert on the Sci-Fi channel where two woman were talking one of them says

"You didn't shoot yourself in the brain did you?"

In a very menacing way while showing the other doing exactly that.

Can I hell remember what show it was, I've tried Googling it etc but can't find anything. Does anyone remember what it was?

Googling the line in quotes only gives two results, one of which is this thread and the other is to a 1995 episode script of The Outer Limits (S03E15 - Revelations of 'Becka Paulson) which features the line:

WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR HEAD?
OH, I BUMPED IT.
NOT TRYING TO COVER A BULLET HOLE, ARE YOU? DIDN'T SHOOT YOURSELF IN THE BRAIN, DID YOU? OH, YOUR FACE JUST CAN'T HIDE A SECRET.
NO.

It was the Outer Limits, the Revelations of Becka Paulson. Becka was hallucinating that conversation due to the brain damage.

That episode was based on a Stephen King story, IIRC. It certainly explains the wacky characters and being set in Maine.
