Would it be cool if Captain Angel become a recurring character?

Jess Bush posted a photo today of herself and Jesse James Keitel on her Instagram account, so I think there's a strong chance Captain Angel will return for SNW Season Two.

Season 2 finished filming last month. We don't know when the photo was taken, so they could have just been hanging out anywhere.

I don't think Captain Angel was all that great a character. So I'm pretty much indifferent if she shows up again or not. But of course she will be showing up again because of Sybok...lol

If we ever do see them together, I'd actually be curious to find out if Angel does truly love Sybok as is claimed. Because (and again, remember that I hate pirates) Angel doesn't seem capable of it.

Why do you say that? Angel didn't strike me as a clinical sociopath. A manipulative asshole, sure, but nothing about their choices make any sense unless they genuinely love Sybok.

I mean, sure -- anything's possible. But as near as I can tell, Keitel and Bush aren't based in the same cities; so it seems more probable to me that they were hanging out in Toronto because Keitel appears in SNW S2 than not. I could be wrong! Maybe they happened to be in the same city and were hanging out. But I think it's a reasonable hypothesis that they were hanging out because Keitel is in S2.

Did it ?
The only they I remember was Angel referring to the scientist that Angel was impersonating.

Go back and re-watch. Captain Angel is consistently referred to as "they" throughout the entire episode. At no point is Angel addressed as "she" or referred to as "her."

I didn't remember she or her either. In fact I didn't remember any gender mentioned except for the scene I pointed out which is why I asked.
I don't have Paramount right now so I'm not going through the hassle of rewatching episodes until I get it.
