Would it be cool if Captain Angel become a recurring character?

Well I thought the return of the Horn would be the finale, but was episode 9 instead. I think if there is a revisit, there are a couple potential good ones:

    1) Captain Angel
    2) Number One's heritage is discovered.
    3) Harry Mudd (IDK if canon says no).

    1) Pretty sure Angel's coming back.
    2) I just want Number One to have more screen time.
    3) Yes. Specifically Rainn Wilson's Harry Mudd. Somehow. They could make it work in a b plot where certain people (like Spock) never meet him.

    I'm hoping for it, yeah.

I’m not interested in that except for an episode about Spock’s brother.

I think that they will. We haven’t seen the last of them. Especially if we end up seeing angel’s ex husband…

I really liked them as a villain. I hope we haven't seen the last of them. They give off the best of Q's personality and the best of Harry Mudd... except less silly than Harry Mudd.

I thought someone already said there was a plan to bring both Captain Angel and Sybok back?

Angel annoyed the hell out of me. I wouldn't shed a tear if that character never appeared again.

And no, it's not for "that reason". I just don't like snark. Snark makes me ill. Snark makes me want to punch a wall. (Plus, I just hate pirates, on general principles.)

If Angel ever does turn up again, I rather hope the scene involves being shoved out an airlock sans spacesuit.

That said, I wouldn't half mind seeing Sybok again. At least he believed in what he was doing. Angel doesn't appear to believe in anything.

They have already decided to make angel a recurring villian.

I don't know why but I find it quite amusing at this idea of bringing a character back to watch them die. Can't handle snark but killing is fine.:guffaw:

    I'm down with that.

If Angel dies...then Angel shuts the fuck up! It's win-win!

Ah, Trek fans. In one thread there's lamenting over killing hostile aliens and the lack of remorse being expressed by the crew. In this thread its full on wish for a character to come back just to be spaced.:rommie:

What’s the equivalent of walking the plank in space? Out the airlock?

You can attach a plank to an airlock. Just saying...;)

I adored Captain Angel and hope they come back and get an anti-hero redemption arc.

I'm with Bob Justman on this: he balked at the idea of Kor returning. It's a big galaxy, not a small universe.
