Worst TNG Episode Ever?

This comes off as sexist, but pretty much any episode centered around Lwaxana, Deanna, or Crusher are some of the worst.

"Remember Me" (Crusher) and "Night Terrors" (Troi) are both pretty solid hours.

I like "Half a Life" and "Dark Page."
No really, are you just going to comment how you like every episode that isn't your least favorite? What's the point of saying you liked an episode someone else didn't, without adding anything else to the discussion? We all like and don't like overlapping episodes. At the end of the day, I'd rather have watched the living turd that is "Force of Nature," than a random episode of Dexter or NCIS or Pretty Little Liars. Who cares?

Does somebody need a hug?

Most of TNG's worst episodes are in the first two seasons, IMO. However my personal least favorite TNG episode is "The Inner Light"

Shades of Grey just for being a lazy clip show they only did because of the writer's strike. The Outrageous Okona if we're not counting that. It's like a bad fafnfic about Han Solo visiting the Enterprise. Season 2 was a huge improvement over season 1, but still may have the two worst episodes of the show.

Code of Honor - a black alien comes to steal the white woman, just a racist mess
The Naked now - Horrible remake of a great episode
Angel One - The stupidity of this episode makes me ill. What if there was a planet where the women were in charge! Okay well thats a concept not a story. The story is these three guys who were ship wrecked on the planet are living on a remote island somewhere with wives from the planet and this is somehow a danger to the ENTIRE PLANET? Really? Okay well we'll just take our men and go because your going to kill them but no castaways WONT LEAVE. Hello your going to die, nope gotta stay here! Riker should have let the dumbfucks die. Meanwhile a more interesting romulans invading but everyone on the ship has a cold subplot is going on. We forget about the romulans though because that's not like important or what the st fans want...
The outrageous Okana - Isnt he outrageous! No he isn't he's annoying and this script sucks and is boring.
Shades of Gray - Have to mention the clip show

Shades Of Gray.
I also find "Lessons" boring.

Some of the episodes with Lwxana Troi and Worf's son Alexander were annoying as well. When an episode started and those two or one of them showed up, I always used to say "Oh no! It will be one of those episodes again!" :brickwall:

However, there are some expectations. I actually like "Haven" because of Mr. Homn. :techman:

As for "Masks", I like this episodes. Not one of my absolute favorites but still a good one.

I like, "The Inner Light", "Conspiracy" and "Imaginary Friend" too.

It's funny, I immediately have clear worst episodes with DS9 and VOY ("Let He Who Is Without Sin" and "Threshold"), but it's really hard to come up with one for TNG. A lot of the other worst episodes people mention, I actually have soft spots for, sometimes as so-bad-they're-good comedy classics... I watch "Sub Rosa" a ton, and I laugh my head off every time. I really enjoy "Genesis" and "Rascals" and even "Shades Of Grey"... I hated it back when TNG was still airing, but was surprised that I was interested when rewatching it on Netflix. They do a good job with the scenes on the planet of predatory vines, and now that every episode is decades old, the clip show structure is less objectionable to me.

One I really hate that I don't think has been mentioned is "QPid." It's so stupid, trying so strenuously to be fun, and just failing. I can laugh at "Sub Rosa", but not "QPid." I also truly hate "Code Of Honor" and "Justice", I think that makes my own personal worst three.

Though I'm feeling tempted to get drunk and marathon some of the episodes mentioned here that I haven't seen since the 90's (Okona, Samaritan Snare, Masks, Up The Long Ladder, Emergence, Masterpiece Society, Data's Day) As far as I can recall, I thought those shows ranged from fine to passable back in the day, maybe I will hate them now...

Make sure you marathon the Qpid Trilogy.
-Captain's Holiday
-Qpid
-Q-Less

Shades of Grey. Even the man who wrote it called is a "POS" and "Terrible , just terrible" It was designed to make the overall season budget work.

Sub Rosa was a really hamhanded attempt at a genre crossover that sucked also.

Imaginary Friend is also pretty bad
