Which first contacts would you like to see?

[Laura Cynthia Chambers]

In every Star Trek series, there are aliens we're introduced to that Starfleet is already aware of and has been for some time. (Granted, the Vulcans introduced Earth to many of them without humans having to discover them on their own.) Which unseen first contacts would you like to see depicted?

[Steve Roby]

The ones with new cultures we haven't seen yet. I'd like new stories, not footnotes to old stories.

The Medusans has to be the biggest one. I love the idea that someone saw a Medusan, immediately went insane, and then Starfleet thought "alright, well, let's try again, I'm sure there's a way to make this work".

well i guess aliens from outer space verisons of characters from dc comics looney tunes cartoon network and hanna barbara along with aliens from outer space verisons of the skydance workers at aew and cnn since they are all part of paramount now because of there merger between paramount warner brothers and skydance

I hope Worf teams up with Top Cat. Lots of tension between them at first, but then the inevitable scene at the end where Dorn beautifully deliver's Worf's reluctant "I admit, he is... a man of honour"

Setting aside their appearance on Enterprise for the moment, I'd love to see the "official" first contact with the Ferengi, if only to get an explanation where the early-installment-weirdness idea that they eat their failed business partners came from.
