What Star Trek episodes or films have you been watching lately?

And you never expect it.

Nerys:

I wish they did more spy type story lines in the other Trek series. This is by far the best spy related episode Trek has ever done, hands down (IMO).

Watching Currently-
Star Trek IV The Voyage Home

Tyjos Azari:

Yeah, I love the Voyage Home. I also appreciate the film even more because 1986 was a significant year for me, too.

The Magicks of Megas-Tu.
Oh dear.

Lor'Vela:

I remember starting the Animated Series when I bought the DVD set. But I honestly can't recall if I finished in watching them or not.

Gonna have to tackle this series again sometime.

Started back on DS9

"Chimera"

"Badda Bing Badda Bing"

"Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges"-One of my favorite eps A Romulan Episode + Section 31 Episode!

"The Changing Face of Evil."

Tyjos:

"Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges"

Was a great episode. No doubt about that. However, I would say that "Inquisition" is still my favorite Section 31 episode, though; then it would be "Inter Arma".

TNG's "Parallels".

Great episode.

Yep. My second favorite TNG episode right behind Yesterday's Enterprise.

I'm still working on my DS9 re-watch. The last episode I watched this morning was Explorers from near the end of season 3.

Randy:

Yeah, "Yesterday's Enterprise" is pretty cool. However, my number one favorite TNG is the two parter episode: "Chain of Command".

Yeah, Explorers is my favorite Jake/Sisko episodes.

ENT's "Future Tense".

Not a bad episode.

Side Note:

Also, this appeared to be a time episode that didn't have an impact on the time line in any way (Even though Enterprise is already in a First Contact / Temporal Cold War time line).

I've been watching a lot of Star Trek, since I bought the whole series on Blu-Ray a few months ago. Mostly episodes from the first season, but I watched "Turnabout Intruder" a few days ago.

Star Trek, "The Lights of Zetar"
Star Trek, "The Corbomite Maneuver"
Star Trek, "The Squire of Gothos"

Great, great episodes all.

Shouldn't Journey to Babel be on that list?

I,ve been watching a lot of TOS on blu ray and also TNG season 1-2 some great episodes i,ve not seen in ages like Skin Of Evil .

Hopefully TOS season 3 comes in the post 2moz on blu ray so i,ll be busy watching them !!! NS

Finished Season Three of DS9 today. I plan on watching The Way of the Warrior tommorrow morning, and, time permitting, will finish disk one which has The Visitor, which I like, and Hippocratic Oath, which I don't.

I just finished Season 1 of TNG. All in all, not as bad as I originally remembered. I especially liked DataLor and Heart of Glory.

Yeah, season one gets a bad rap which I think is undeserved. Sure, it was the season that took Wesley's character away from it's original intention almost immediately, but it did have the synthysized music which everybody also hates, but I thought it was the most memorable of the series, and wish it had continued. And it had Beverly Crusher and Tasha Yar, both of whom would be gone one year later. Thankfully we at least got Beverly back.

Shouldn't Journey to Babel be on that list?

DE:

Personally, I didn't add it because the relationship arc between Spock and his father was very small within Star Trek XI. But you can add it if you like.

Here are my reasons for adding the following episodes:

Phase 1:

1. Changeling (For Star Trek Motion Picture)
2. Doomsday Machine (For Star Trek Motion Picture)

Reason: Both these episodes involve some type of deadly intelligent alien mechanical machine that is on a path towards wiping out human life.

Phase 2:

1. Space Seed (For Star Trek 2)

Reason: Is essentially the prequel to Star Trek 2.

Phase 3:

1. Errand of Mercy (For Star Trek 3)

Reason: Klingons hold hostages as part of an important plot point.

Phase 4:

1. Tommorrow is Yesterday (For Star Trek 4)

Reason: Kirk and crew essentially create a UFO siting with their travel back in time to Earth.

Phase 5:

1. Who Mourns for Adonais? (For Star Trek 5)

Reason: The focus of this story centers around a God like being.

Phase 6:

1. Trouble With Tribbles (For Star Trek 6)

Reason: A Klingon plot is stopped.

Phase 7:

1. The Galileo Seven (For Star Trek 11)

Reason: Spock's sense of command is put into question.

2. Amok Time (For Star Trek 11)

Reason: Kirk and Spock fight one another.

3. Balance of Terror (For Star Trek 11)

Reason: Romulans suddenly attack and take Starfleet lives and property without warning.

4. City On The Edge Of Forever (For Star Trek 11)

Reason: Destiny and time travel play in important part in this story.

5. Enterprise Incident (For Star Trek 11)

Reason: Kirk and Spock both beam on board a Romulan vessel and use their combined cunning or intelligence (tactics) to defeat them.

Currently watching Encounter at Farpoint.

Forgot how much I liked early TNG. Unfortunate that it turned into a totally different show around season 3/4.

I want to watch nuTrek again....once I get the time.

I also want to revisit Heart of Glory, as I watched a clip of it some days ago...

^ Rewatched NuTrek Friday night. Hadn't watched it since December i think. I loved it just as much as i originally did. Maybe even more.

Im rewatching an ep a day of TNG. It makes the treadmill a whole lot easier to do.
