You are free to having any theories you want. However, I explicitly worte "on Voyager" in title to avoid the Picard series, which is not something I am comfortable with discussing.
Having said that, I must admit, your theory do line up with the facts (assuming Seven is leasbian, not bi, anyway), redagless of my, and others, opinion on these facts.
