What games are you playing currently?

That means I haven't accidentally somehow paid for something I don't want

Yeah, EA really messed up on what should have been a nice little gesture by sending out a mass-mailing purchase email, when they should have in fact sent along a unique email with an explanation in its header that EA was gifting everyone with upgraded access. It's easy to see why people would have been freaking out.

I must admit, aside from potentially cheesing the MEA loot system, I am tempted to try a few games in the vault.
Probably not one of the AAA games since those tend to weigh in at about 20-40GB and that'd take my internet *days* to complete.
Maybe something like 'Unravel', or 'Into the Breach'. I was tempted to finally give 'The Force Unleashed' a try, but apparently they decided not to compress the audio or FMVs, so despite being a decade or more old, it's a hefty 30GB too....

I'm open to suggestions though if anyone has a recommendation for anything in the EA Origin Access basic vault, preferably 5GB or less. ;)

The Force Unleashed games I know get a lot of crap, but they're actually fairly fun games given their faults. The first game's force manipulation system was hard to get a grip on, especially during that whole segment where you're pulling TIEs out of the air. The second game was much better gameplay-wise, and frankly the graphics were almost as good as this current gen.

Jurassic World Evolution was free with Games With Gold, so I started playing that. Its like Zoo Tycoon but Jurassic World themed, and its pretty addicting so far. I played about 3 1/2 hours without realizing it. Its biggest flaw so far is that it does a bad job of teaching you most of the things you need to know to play the game, but I've been figuring stuff out and enjoying the game a good deal.

^^^Its amazing just how much your imagination played its part back in the day as it helped immerse you in these games, that were usually nothing more than some lines, numbers and symbols, yet i can quite clearly remember being on the bridge traveling through deep space searching the quadrant for enemy ships. Lol

I finished up my 2nd play through of the main story of the PS4 Spider-Man game, I'm gonna take a short break before I start my 2nd play through of the DLC stories.

I changed my mind about taking a break from Spider-Man, and started the first DLC story, The City That Never Sleeps Episode 1: The Heist.

SOMA on PS4 but geez I hate that this is on console and hate the controller especially for doing things like opening drawers or doors. The fact it moves your character back or sideways each time is off putting. Who designed those fucking controls?

On PC it's much more fun

Just out of curiosity, I opened up Battlefront 2 last night (and had about 20 gig of updates) so I'm probably going to see what changes there are there.

Not gaming but listening to a game soundtrack.. When I bought Valley I also got the soundtrack for the game as a bundle. Lovely relaxing music
