What games are you playing currently?

I finished the final Spider-Man DLC a few days ago (I got 100% in all of them).
I think I might play the Batman: Arkham Asylum remaster next (I already played it on the PS3).

What do you mean low end? What counts as low end?

Basically, the cheapest one to buy. It also refers to how low the specifications and features are.

With PC games there are minimal system requirements. My notebook/laptop can cope with certain games that aren't demanding on the system memory. (4GB RAM or lower.) If I wanted to play something like Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Seige, which requires 6GB RAM, then I'd have to upgrade to a more powerful laptop or PC.

Although, there are some great older, indie and free to play games out there to keep me happy.

Ah I see. I have an Acer A315 with one of those cpu/gpu combinations and 12 gig of ram. I managed to get Dishonored 1 to play on this with graphics set to low, and even the first Assassin's Creed ran on this. Also Tomb Raider 2013 but that was a little slow only managing about 20fps.

Older games like Half Life 2 and Jade Empire run really well on this.

I managed to get Dragon Age Inquisition to work on mine (Acer v3-551 with A8-4500m and HD7640g) - but I seriously wouldn't recommend it.

The only reason I even tried was because my old processor had just died in my desktop. Mass Effect 3 worked fine on it though.

I think it also depends on how well optimized a game is. Some games run really well on low spec hardware.

Checking out back compatibility on XBone, just had a (proton) blast paying Ghostbusters: The Video Game (the one with the original gang not the remake bunch)... hella fun but very short - only took me two nights. First time I've finished it though (on Casual - I suck) because it wasn't quite clear back in the day what you had to do in the bit at Central Park where the gates are blocking Ecto-1... the game says slam the flying nasties, but it's not clear into what... the gates make sense, but it's the surrounding wall. I had less patience in those days (and IGN guides hadn't caught up).

Currently doing a playthrough of XCOM: Enemy Within.

I've still got my X360 so don't NEED to use the Xbone but it's hooked into the larger TV and soundbar whilst the 360 is banished upstairs to allow Netflix on the bedroom TV.

I was going to try to get 100% of the bottles and treasures in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, but searching for everything was getting tedious, so for now I'm just going to focus on finishing up the story.
There are very few games I actually go for 100% on. I tend to just focus on the main story, and any side quests/missions/whatever it has. Trying to get 100 percent of all of the collectables and hidden things tends to just get tedious and boring after a while.
Spider-Man and the Arkham games at least let you unlock the locations on the map, so that wasn't so bad since it told you right where they were, and you didn't have to spend hours wandering around in circles searching for the stuff you didn't have yet. Same goes for the LEGO games.

The Ps4 is used for Netflix now and I find myself using that more then the games. Someone gifted me the first 2 seasons of Van Helsing, and I have a bit of an idea what the shows about but not sure if I'm actually going to like it or if it's good or not. Good is a subjective thing I find.

I'm still stuck fast on Tomb Raider 2013 Definitive Edition on the Ps4 at the entrance of the Shantytown after Lara uses a red hot arrow to fix the hole in her guts from the past 3 hours of gameplay. Realism this isn't LOL. The almost never ending wave of bad guys after this bit is killing me and the frustration factor is making me not want to continue. Mind you playing it on casual too so I hate to think what normal or hard mode is like.

^ Man, you wouldn't like Shadow of the Tomb Raider's "Deadly Obsession" difficulty which is basically "very hard" plus the game only saves at camp fires. So there are parts where the game doesn't save for well over an hour. And if you die, you have to replay the whole section. ;)

Oh I know all about that. I tried it. Didn't like it.

At the moment I play Assassin's Creed: Odyssey on Xbox One. I went through all AC games and love both the older and the newer, more open ones. And I know that many fans don't like Odyssey, but damn, that game is huge and massive. I thought so already about Assassin's Creed: Origins, but Odyssey even tops it. I have around 25 hours by now and am still quite at the beginning of the main story. Origins took me, including the complete main story, a bit more than 40 hours. So yeah, the game will keep me busy still for some time ^^

Apart from that, I started re-installing the "Halo: The Master Chief Collection". I kinda grew up with Halo and somehow I'm in the mood for going back to those games right now. Maybe I'll take some levels today or during the next days.

I finished Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and started a second play thorough of Batman: Arkham Knight. I've been planning on getting the some of the Arkham Knight DLC I didn't get the first time around, but since I haven't played it since it first came out, I want to go through the main game one more time before I get them. I did get the Season of Infamny and Batgirl DLCs first time through, but not the Harley Quinn, Robin, Nightwing, Red Hood, or Catwoman ones.

Played Stardew Valley and played Splatoon 2 via the demo that's out on the Switch. I'm glad I can play it in handheld mode. Won a match too. It really surprised me. :)

Started playing Kingdom Hearts again last night via the "Story So Far" HD re-release. I haven't played it since the PS2.

Stardew Valley. I've made it up to around level 70 or so in terms of the caves. Now just trying to restock up on wood, etc..

Played a couple of levels of Lego DC Super Villains on my new used xbox one last night.

Finished the story levels for The Incredibles 2 in Lego The Incredibles this afternoon. Played a bit of free play after, got Miguel from Coco as a playable character.

Played Tomb Raider 2013 today on the ps4 but this time hooked it up to my desktop monitor and oh boy the change was wonderful it's so much better then a TV.

Sound came via the monitor as it has hdmi audio.

But fricking hell the change in picture quality was amazing. Even though both are HD the pc screen seems way better.

Anyway got past that first part of the shantytown fucking shantytown fuck, fuck. Took several goes but I got there. I was rather determined not to let this get the better of me.

Did a little bit of Saints Row 4 too.
