What games are you playing currently?

Worked out who he is yet?
This is my second play through, so I've known who he is for years. I didn't figure it out on my first play through though.
I decided I wanted something new to play, so I picked up Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far, which collects Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, KH Re: Chain of Memories, KH: 358/2 Days, KH II Final Mix, KH Birth By Sleep Final Mix, KH Re:coded, KH Dream Drop Distance, KH 0.2: Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage, KH X Back Cover. 358/2 Days, Re:coded, and X Back Cover were originally released as different types from games from the rest, so instead of the full games those three are actually movies that were made up from the games' cinematics, with new added footage to make up for the lack of gameply. The rest are all regular games.
I did play I and II back when they first came out, but I've never played any of the others. I absolutely love I and II, and I've been wanting to play all of the others for a long time, but I just never got around to it until now.
Once I'm done with this I'm going to get KH: III.

Found Transformers Devastation on clearance at Wal Mart tonight after the movies, picked up a copy for my Xbox One for just seven dollars. I'll be playing that this weekend.

Borderlands GOTY Remastered (Xbox One X)
Borderlands 2 w/ 4K Patch (Xbox One X)

not playing The Pre-Sequel because fuck The Pre-Sequel

Also playing Borderlands 2. For the number of hours i've put into this game over the years, I've made surprisingly little progress. Only got one character (Gaige) up to level 50-ish on the second playthrough and still haven't gotten to the Tiny Tina DLC yet!

And as if I needed any more evidence that this game promotes procrastination in me: instead of finishing Gaige's second playthrough so I can get to said DLC, I've instead been working on Maya's first playthrough!

Is there a particular problem with the Pre-Sequel? (Says the person that just picked it up for a few quid in the last sale a few months back.) Personally, I had a lot of fun with it.

GTA V such a gorgeous looking game. I've played it through a couple of times but just find it relaxing driving around the map

It just didn't click for us, the oxygen mechanic was pretty low impact but still felt entirely lame.

I don't know, I found the O2 mechanic made exploration a little more interesting as you're always having to consider where the nearest replenishment source is and it forces you to press ahead and not turtle up for too long in outdoor skirmishes. The low gravity was also a fun little novelty.

Mostly though I appreciated how they made the player characters feel more alive and involved with the story and not the (mostly) mute avatars of BL1 & 2. It always felt weird to me in the previous games how in a world with such vibrant, memorable characters, the ones you play were the least interesting.

Part of this may be because I played BL2 first and didn't get BL1 on steam until several years later and having gotten used to Lilith, Brick, Mordecai & Roland being NPC's with agency and character arc, only to go back to the first game where none of that is present made the game feel all the more empty.

Played the Shazam! Level Pack 1 for Lego DC Super Villains tonight.

Took three tries (story and then twice in free play) to get all five achievements unlocked.

Oh man, I loved West of Loathing. Clever little game that had me laughing all the way through it. Kind of want a sequel now. :)
Yea just finally finished it recently. Just waiting on the DLC to hit the Switch version and I'm doing some leveling up and some work on some side quests.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on my new used xbox one s. And I finally unlocked a new achievement, "My Love for You is Like a Truck" (killed the Berserker in the Tomb of the Unknown)!

Now, I played Gears of War on my xbox 360 and the Ultimate Edition on my first xbox one, and I have finally gotten out of that damn tomb for the first time ever! Last achievement I unlocked for this game was on August 25, 2015!

- edit -

And another achievement! "Time to Remember" (recovered 11 COG tags)!

More Horizon Zero Dawn

Such a gorgeous game...... And insane draw distance. You can see a tallneck from almost across the valley.

EDIT: I discovered a discount Horizon Zero Dawn in the form of the game Valley?

Lovely game scenery to look at but feels like they were inspired by HZD minus robot dinos everywhere.
